AMAZING PLACE TO STAY IN VLOSE TO EVERYTHING

Our room was situated to the same floor with the place where breakfast was served...and the noise started at 7.00 a.m....and was a huge discomfort for me....because when i'm in my free days i just want to enjoy the quiet mornings a little bit more! The air conditioning did not work properly.

Room was very spatious and clean. Perfect location of the hotel when you come with car.

A bit far from the main square but honestly it’s meant to walk all around. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the air conditioning. The temperature is already set and honestly it was still very hot. Other than that, the apartment is perfect.

This apartment was very comfortable and clean. There is an elevator. Great communication with host.

Smart keypad was buggy - needed few times to enter the code to work. AC in room was weak. Probably in normal time it is fine, but we were during heatwaves. Outside the room AC was better.

Very good location, especially if you drive with a car. Nice, clean smart hotel (be aware - there is no staff, except in breakfast), but everything was clear and informative before arrival. Didn't had any problems as communication via email was fast.

Dirty towel left in the bathroom upon arrival. The tile for the shower was not placed well… so all the water did not drain - the tile in our bathroom was slippery when wet. It was nice and modern but with some issues.

Automated and easy to access. Good communication with staff. Good location close to the train station and bus stop.

Our room opened into the dining room so it got a bit noisy in the morning. But otherwise it was fine.

The communication with the host was amazing. They have lots of information and recommendations. The place was located relatively close to the main station which was nice. It has all the relevant amenities and made for a comfortable stay.

Check out at 10am was VERY inconvenient. Especially when we couldn't check in until after 3pm. The luggage storage area was convenient HOWEVER it is NOT in a protected, guarded area with any option for lock. The view from our room looked out on the backs of buildings, and was not what we'd expected from earlier reviews.

It was very clean. Comfortable bed, and lots of room. Location as very convenient to transportation.

The room was a little spartan.

A good location, close to the bus station and public transport and everything is within walking distance in this compact city. The hotel was very clean, quiet and had all we needed. We had a terrace - welcome for the fresh air and sun despite there being no great view. We didn't take breakfast so can't comment. The ability to leave luggage after checkout was appreciated. We had almost no contact with staff in person but the email communication was excellent.

The kettle is communal and shared. The building just opposite is undergoing renovation at this moment which defeats the view. When we booked we felt it was expensive but I guess that is a destination issue.

Easy to get to and walkable from Venezia SL train station (bit of a trek if you have big bags). Lift inside. Staff prompt. Accommodation spacious and clean.

A bit hard to find. No one on site as it is a virtual hotel. Had some difficulty with the front door access code but they forgot to say you needed to use #. Was a bit pricy but included a small breakfast.

Modern and clean with spacious rooms. Great communication from off-site staff. Although it is near end of canal it is only a short walk to restaurants, groceries, transportation.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, the guest rooms are excellent very large for Venice and well appointed. Bathrooms are clean and also large in size. Hotel location is close to train station and buss stop and only short 10-15 minute walk to Venice attractions. Overall great location for us as we prefer to be slightly away from the main tourist district.

Location was very close to the entrance of the city, so that was convenient. It was a smart hotel which was good. the host was responsive on whatsapp very promptly, which was much appreciated and helpful.

The property itself is in a very quiet area and not the most pretty, which was fine for us as we like to walk and wanted the convenience of being near the bus terminal, but might not suit everyone. You need to walk down a very quiet, dark canal to reach the entrance which I wouldn’t have liked if I was travelling alone, but was fine with my partner. The room was large and clean but not as luxurious as it appeared online and there was lots of noise from the floor above very, very early in the morning. It sounded like people running back and forth and jumping on the floor like a gym?! We never saw any staff so couldn’t investigate further.

We chose this property for convenience as it’s located right by the bus terminal and we had to get on a bus at 6.30am so didn’t want to travel further into the city by boat. It was very convenient for travel and we were easily able to walk into the city and explore! Room was large and clean, and property seemed well looked after.

No reception as it is a no contact hotel, not really a bad thing just not used to it but it’s just unexpected.

Quiet but easy to get around to other parts of Venice, also very near to the train station. Clean and comfortable. Also easy to move about after check out and stow our luggage at the lobby

Maybe they could replace the luggage area which is open to anybody that has access in the entrance area with individual lockers with a code or even a key so that the guests don’t get concerned over the luggage. But don’t get me wrong there wan no incident nor we lost any of our it’s just a suggestion🙂

The place was very clean and you could notice it from the entrance. The cleaning lady was the most kindest and helped us a lot. The position is great if you want to stay close to the train station and also be close to the city centre. It is very quiet there as the tourists don’t pass by very often
