Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandOnly window in the room towards roofed staircase. No kitchen utensils ( cuttlery, bottle opener, corkscrew, etc.). Room's door lock very lose. There was a cm gap between two wings of the room's door after locking it up. There was a safe in the room though.
Location is very central - short walk to Bari central train station; in the middle of city's shopping area. Helpful staff over the phone when we needed to check-in a bit earlier. Spacious bathroom, very good wi-fi. Very good place for 1-2 night stan in Bari. Fridge in the room. Lift in the building.

There is not enough pressure in the shower or to fill the toilet in time. Everything else was great.
Clean and great location. It is near the central station and the old part of the city. It is a beautiful building and the room was big enough. Everything was clean, the sheets were changed every day, and the room cleaned also.

AlbaniaThe self check in would be perfect if it worked well. The building and apartment door opened very easily with the online system. The smart lock of the room didn't work. The lady online was very gentle and tried to resolve this situation fast. they let a key inside the room, only room's lock, and it wasn't the correct one. This was a problem for us.
The location is perfect. You can reach in walking distance everywhere.

United StatesThe self-check in would have been complicated for us... but there was a person at the building doing some repairs on the locks so he let us in and instructed us about the use of the keypads. The self check in can be complicated and the phone communication is also an issue as we are not speaking Italian and we weren't always able to connect by phone if we didn't have wifi.

United KingdomKeyless entry was convenient for initial arrival and self check in, but wish there was a physical key to access for the rest of the stay for peace of mind and safety. I was on edge about my phone staying charged or god forbid having it go lost or stolen. Also the shower in our bathroom needed minor repairs.
Great location on the edge of the old town, but also close to modern shopping area and the fishing port and beach. Very convenient especially if arriving by taxi, which cannot access the old town. Elevator is a plus for those with luggage

NetherlandsWhat really is a problem that when you arrive during the weekend, you cannot get hold of anybody from your organization. On our information was mentioned a grey key + blue badge, but these were nowhere to be found :-( .
