Not the hotel's fault, but buses are unreliable.

Excellent service and cheerful, genuine staff who are happy to help, especially Barbera. When taxi was delayed, the receptionist's husband took us personally to make a train connection. Busy, great restaurant attached with menu to suit all. Fabulous breakfast with fresh honeycomb. Local winery opposite which was highlight of trip and offers wine tasting for 15 euros. Sara was excellent explaining the process so visit and support.

- Well located, close to the lake - very friendly staff! They allowed us to check out a bit later (standard time 11:00) and also gave a room with extra kids bed - which was very helpful as we travelled with a baby - quite diverse breakfast (till 10am) for Italian standards - free parking on site - restaurant on site to grab lunch / dinner if you dont want to drive 5min to nearest town - air conditioned rooms

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff. Everything was so clean and smelly. They cleaned our room every day. The breakfast is served fresh and there's plenty of options. Everything was delicious but the pistachio muffins were "man oh man" 🤤😍. The hotel has bikes for rent. We rented ones and went to Desenzano. Lovely tour and ride i recommend. The pool was lovely too.

It was at an hour and a few minutes walk from Sirmione old center - which is a lot if you plan to walk back and forth, but this is something I should have paid attention to - this is not against the property. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I think more attention needs to be paid - there were some hair strands in the shower from previous guests and the toilet cover had some dust on it. We were offered a room somewhere at the first floor and unfortunately there was some sort of air conditioner in the hallway that kept making an upsetting noise all night. All in all, it was great for a 2-night stay.

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of salty and sweet options. They served multiple types of fresh fruits which were fenomenal. I would definitely recommend the place namely for the breakfast.

Not the cleanest of hotels (stains on bedding and towels, ants in the room, strange bugs in the bathroom). Breakfast could be improved by adding some fresh vegetables.

Parking spaces are limited and very tight, if people from outside visit restaurant its hard to find a parking space. Hotel should reserve parking spaces for guests throughout the stay.. Breakfasts were super repetitive, if you stay for couple of days its very nice and enough but for a whole week it should be changed a bit and more varieties of hot food. Eggs were not good, not sure how they make them. Bacon was super oily and not done enough.

Very nice place and clean, the restaurant is super nice to have as well which served food for lunch or dinner. Pool is clean and had a great temperature.

he breakfast was incredible, a large variaty of very taste food, it was really delicious. An very important thing is the restaurant "Il Circo", that offer a very very very :) good authentic Italian food . We liked a lot Dogana Hotel stay, but definetely our children was the happiest because the tasty pizza and pasta were at their nose :).

The hotel is in a great location. Near 10 min. the local beach of Lake Garda is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming and told about boat trips on Lake Garda. The beds in our room were also comfortable. We cannot rate the breakfast as we cooked and ate it ourselves in the kitchen of our one bedroom apartment. But we went to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide choice of dishes.

Everything was great. Location, the property, the room, the staff. Superb breakfast. There is a restaurant, we did not need to book as hotel guests - this was the best dinner of our 2-week trip. Definitely one of the best finds on our travels.
