Don't expect beautiful surroundings, the street is not the nicest in Rome. It's fine...

The room is nice and bed is comfy. There's a stocked coffee machine and a large bathroom (although the shower is rather small). The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and frankly made our stay much more pleasant. Good value for money. We hadn't try the breakfast.

The only issue we had at this accommodation was the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning (around 9:30). They were bringing a kid with them and since the entrance hall of the accommodation is quite small you could hear the kid playing loudly. So if you’d like to wake up a bit later is not possible.

We spent 7 nights at the B&B and we had an amazing time there. The owner was super nice, he checked on us during our whole stay to make sure everything was okay, he left some bottles of water in the fridge (which were super helpful and needed in the summer heat!) and some treats to sweeten our day! The cleaner was kind and very effective, as the room was always perfect. We had a minor problem with the flush in the toilet which was solved very quickly! The breakfast that was included was in a very nice cafè, the waiters were nice and the "cornettos" were very yummy. The tram stop is 1min away from the B&B and you are in Piazza Venezia in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Lorenzo for our amazing stay in Rome!!

Brilliantly located, perfect room for me and my two teenagers. Really clean, no issues with WiFi and a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops and the main sights of Rome. We arrived earlier than check in but as the room was ready we were welcomed in.

This is a 3 star B&B, and well priced. But amenities are basic. If you are a tea drinker (like me) you will need to bring your own cups. Plastic cups are provided, which can be problematic for a cup of hot tea.

Divine B&B is a great base in Trastevere, close to all attractions, but away from the crowds of Rome. Our room was spacious, very clean and had a nice big bathroom.The managers at Divine B&B were very helpful. It is comfortable, (but not luxurious at this price range). The location is excellent, with trams and buses very close by.

Everything perfect!

Everything was perfect! The host was very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy. He provided clear instructions on how to reach the place and check in, followed up after we landed, and made sure everything was okay. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious — even more spacious than most places I’ve stayed in Rome before. He also gave great recommendations for bars and restaurants, along with a map and explanations on how to get to all the important tourist spots. Highly recommended!

The toilet had some issues and the building was generally old, but it didn't affect my stay too much.

I loved how close it was to everything and how helpful the host was in checking in and getting settled- it was a very positive experience for a student new to Rome. The price was affordable for the location and I felt completely safe while in the room.

Lorenzo (the owner) was great from the first contact: clear, kind, disposable! The room was big, clean and quiet, same as the bathroom! The position was perfect, right in Trastevere but away from the noise of the nightlife. Highly reccomanded, I'll come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and in a perfect location—right in front of public transport and just a few minutes' walk from the lively Trastevere area. Lorenzo, the owner, was exceptional. We had a small issue on the first night, but he was quick to resolve it, always with a smile and kindness. Traffic noise with emergency vehicles can be heard often, but it quickly becomes the background noise to your Roman stay lol

Stayed for 6 nights in early October, family of 3. Best part of this property is the host Lorenzo who was so kind, helpful and communicative, which was so reassuring as the first place we arrived into Italy from a long haul flight from Australia. He went out of his way to give us information, make calls and organise things whenever needed. The Italian breakfast that’s included at a cafe down the road allowed us a taste of everyday Italian life. The apartment is located in a great spot in Trastevere, easy walking distance to great restaurants, eateries, pharmacies, supermarkets etc., as well as being easy to walk to all of historic centres landmarks. Nearby laundromat does a drop off and pick up service, within 2 hours and €10 we did a whole load of clothes before heading to next destination. Room was clean and more than adequate for 3 of us (9yo child). Apartment setting made me feel like a local, lovely little courtyard entry.
