There isn’t a place to have breakfast. The staff take you to your room the night before the breakfast. It was always the same option. No variety :(

The bathroom light was motion activated so it would turn off while you were in there sometimes. The front door was also hard to find, some instructions on bookings.com would be helpful

It was very clean and had exactly what was listed (types of beds, breakfast). There was AC in each room. The location was right in the middle of old Rome and very close to the trains and buses making it quite convenient. The staff were great as well.

Breakfast was awfull. Each evening after 21:00 they bring a box for the following morning breakfast. In the box, a small bottle of juice, 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 croissant(for each person)

Everything was great, just the weather in July in Rome is a killer.

I read the reviews before our arrival so I knew. The house itself looks terrible, the elevator is scary, but the room is nice, clean, air-conditioned and surprisingly cozy. The light in the bathroom is strange and I have never seen a similar shower, but you get used to it. The hairdryer and towels are there. The breakfasts were sufficient (a croissant, an apple, a banana, a bottle of juice per person), coffee machine in the hall, plus there were always bottles of water in the fridge. Absolutely ideal location - we took a bus from the airport, the accommodation is about 40 meters from the Termini bus (and metro, train and shuttle) station. Perfect. There is a great foodmarket at the Station with anything from gelatto to pastries, craft beer, Korean food, authentic Italian dishes, ramens and fruit salads. Definitely try it! There are also many shops and boutiques, so you can make your shopaholic heart happy. Around the corner from the accommodation are two of our favourite small family restaurants, Valentino's and Ristorante Alfredo. Valentino is a funny guy with good food, who will play the guitar for his guests, and Alfredo has excellent service and tasty menu (except Tiramisu, that's mediocre).

It was only a few steps from station which was awesome but felt it was a little shady part of town or at least we all felt that way .

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good (croissant, apple, banana and juice). Staff were great. Little disappointed in the kitchen area, tiny space in hallway with a bar fridge. Tea coffee and water free. Overall a good experience!! Location was great few steps from train station.

The hotel was very close to Termini Station. You can reach everywhere within 15–20 minutes on foot. Our room was very clean. There were complimentary tea, coffee, and cold water available. The free breakfast included croissants, fruit juice, apples, and bananas. After check-out, they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel for a while. Everything was great, and the hotel staff was very helpful

No hot water in the shower. 1st night other guest was very loud. And during midnight one guest alerted us about a companion because high on drugs.

Water leaks from the shower into the floor sometimes. They did put a dry bathmat down everyday which was helpful.

The take-away breakfast is perfect, with fruit and pastries and good juice.

One of the showers was clogged and the communal bathrooms are a little awkwardly positioned with one door being a little tough to close.

The staff was so kind and helpful and the location near the train station cannot be beat if traveling via train.

The property was at good location, the staff was very helpful and friendly. There were 2 washrooms and it was clean. We get fruits, nutella croissant and juice in the evening for the morning breakfast. Overall it was a good and budget friendly stay

It was confusing to find. It would be helpful as the apartment is in a different building to the hotel reception to either send the visitors a short video of how to find the reception. Also to put a sign above the aquarium hotel sign to say it’s where you check in for relax 247. Also a sign to say reception is on the first floor and to enter to check in. We wait for half an hour expecting someone to come to us as it wasn’t clear we had to find the reception. I dropped something under the bed during our stay and noticed that it was very dirty underneath. The showers and toilets were very basic and some of it was held up with bits of wood that you could see or string. But then for the price, what do you expect.. I hope you guys sort out the ease for your clients to find you a bit better for the future.

The room is not big enough to accommodate four people and bathroom seems to be under construction. Early morning, water supply is poor and stopped in middle.

The room is in the prime location. Air conditioner is available and water bottles supplied unlimited. very happy about these facilities. :)

The only thing I would suggest that needs improvement is the bathroom/shower facilities.

Very convenient location for the main station and metro, also buses to Piazza Venezia start close by. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Good Wi-fi as I was working some while there.

The kitchen has only a microwave, a small coffee maker and a fridge, no utensils. The bathroom, of course, is not luxurious, hot water is not always available. But everything cleanly and works.

Great location, across the street from Termini. Rooms are large, clean, beds are comfortable. Great place for your money!

After reading much of the reviews I feel that the place deserves much more credit. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good and easy to get to all the main attractions as well as the Termini.
