We liked everything about this hotel! You could not find more friendly people than the staff here. Everyone at the desk spoke English and they were so very helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but so neat and clean and modern. My daughter even got an upgrade to a patio room. Breakfast was amazing! The location is great--you could walk so many places and the Termini train station is close by. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The hotel was so nice. All staff were so kind and would do anything to help. The location was so central to transport for all attractions. The area it was situated in was so safe with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Fabulous welcome on arrival, very helpful and informative, great location to walk everywhere. Room with| terrace was a bonus. Breakfast was very good with welcoming staff, and they even offered us a picnic bag when we had to leave before breakfast on the 2nd day.

Wonderful hotel, we chose it because of the proximity to Termini Station, an easy eight minute walk. Lovely rooms, very helpful staff, and a great buffet breakfast. The gym and sauna were a welcome bonus.

The room was a little small, otherwise it was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect for the sightseeing.

The bathtub was very high to get into, which is for sure an accessibility issue, as the shower was in the bath. The room smelled a bit smoky (despite being a non-smoking room). Otherwise, it was fine and we had no major issues.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, they gave us great recommendations on where to go, but also rooftop bar directions. Rooms were comfortable with a large bathroom.

Only one chair in the room. Don’t understand why so many hotels have one chair in a room with a double bed.

Location perfect for train travelers. Varied breakfast selection hot/cold. Safe and fridge in room. Good aircon. Elevator (though it had a small breakdown while we were there. Ernersto at reception very helpful and friendly, Mauro made great breakfast coffee. Was able to change in the gym on the afternoon we were leaving.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Rome Termini - a short walk with bags are possible. The staff are helpful and friendly - always! The hotel has luggage storage facilities as well. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and the breakfast has a nice variety. I would recommend Hotel Diocleziano to anyone who wants to see Rome - all the major attractions are accessible by foot/train/bus from here.
