Nothing the proprietors can do about it, but it's inside the Lecce ZTL, so very restricted car access. Important to contact Simona in advance to make arrangements if you're driving.

Large room with high quality fittings, especially in the bathroom. Excellent terrace outside which we certainly didn't expect - views over the square below and great for relaxing. In the old town with everything in easy walking distance.

The only downside for us which is why I have given it a nine not ten - is the standard room was a little small (with two suitcases on the floor) it felt quite cramped at times. I would love to go back to this hotel but would pay bit extra to up grade from the standard room to get a bigger size.

The Hotel was in a great location! Centre to so much eating, drinking and shops. It was clean and the staff were amazing and helpful and very polite. The breakfast was gorgeous and very filling (you must try the omelette) We sat out several times on the lovely roof terrace and it had beds where I enjoyed lying down in the sun. Very peaceful as the hotel does not have a lot of rooms so it is not too busy.

Parking is always an issue in Lecce - best to use paid parking outside old city and walk into town .

The location is perfect, very central so easy to explore Lecce. The terrace was nicer than we expected and we really enjoyed sunbathing up there or having a few drinks at sunset. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was very close to the reception area; it felt like we couldn't make much noise as the staff were right outside the door. It was also a little tricky to find so clearer instructions when you book would be handy!

Brilliant location, comfortable and spacious room with lovely shower facilities. A great rooftop terrace to have drinks or breakfast.

Our friends had one of the smaller rooms and they are quite tiny! They also overlooked the noisy street. You have to be very specific about check in time but communication via WhatsApp is fine.

We had one of the larger rooms and it was lovely. Quiet and tasteful with great bathroom. Nice touches like a coffee pod maker and wine in the fridge to buy. The terrace was a very pretty place to have the excellent breakfast. Location fantastic.

Nothing really! Would be good if all the lights could be controlled from the bed but that's a minor niggle.

Lovely location and beautiful building, the rooms are at first floor and you go up in the loft. We had the double height suite and this was gorgeous. Shower was a multi coloured multi spray affair with a shower seat all very jazzy with a jacuzzi bath in the room (albeit we didn't use this). We self checked in and that was very easy Very busy area with bars but quadruple glazing and we did not hear a sausage, I am very sensitive about noise. Bed comfy and slept very well.

The propriety has a magnificent terrace with the view of Piazzetta Santa Chiara and Church of Saint Clare. I love the delicious and fine breakfast at the terrace. The room was spacious with closet, safe and frigo bar. The bathroom was fully renovated with multicolor lights in the shower. In terms of location, we were walking distance to the historic places, bars and restaurants. Last but not least, the keeper was a charming guy who was ready to fulfill all our needs.
