We stayed for one night to visit the opera, and the location was very convenient – everything in the city center was within easy walking distance. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, making check-in and planning simple. It was easy to find, and parking nearby wasn’t an issue, which was a nice bonus for a city stay.

There was a spacey shared bathroom for 2-3 rooms so it can be difficult to enter if your neighbors are using it at the same time, a bit of a lottery 😄

The perfect place to stay if you plan visit opera at Arena, just 10 min walk to the city centre.

Sharing bathroom, and no basin in kitchen. Understand the building makes it difficult. Pricing compensates, so it is not a big issue.

Sharing bathroom, door locks were a bit difficult to open and close, a lot of ants in the room!

Nice area, not too far from main attractions, close to aldi supermarket and restaurants. Nice room with comfy bed, wardrobe and table

A room in a beautiful old house, very well priced for the area. Room was comfortable and clean and glad they had a well appointed kitchenette with kettle, microwave and fridge. Easy walking distance from all the mains of Verona. Also has a cute courtyard area which is great for a wine on a warm afternoon

The downside is common bathroom which you need to share with others, however when we stayed it was not busy and therefore using the facility was not problematic at all. The doors are noisy and if you stay near the main entrance to the building, you might get disturbed by the noise. Again for us there has not been an issue and overall stay was super pleasant and quiet. The walking distance to the town centre is about 15-20min a very pleasant walk and safe late in the evening.

The property is super clean, tidy and the host very approachable and helpful.

My car got damaged, while it was parking in the street (windows crashed). I recommend you don´t bring a car, because it does not seem very safe!

The Bathroom door made noises that disturbed the other residents.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The room and shared areas were clean. The property has a good Italian vibe. They also allowed for an early chek-in.

Only 2 small sashes of shower gel were provided, but we solved the issue :)

Nice location: not far from historical center and from the railway station, but stop is near as well as a simple cafe (that is enough to have a coffee and an Italian-like breakfast). The room is spacious and good in general, although seemed a bit dusty (probably in fact the light was not bright enough). Good bed and pillows, enough towels (new and soft). Separate bathroom also spacious. The whole concept of "private bathroom outside the room" can not quite everyone, but the bathroom itself was clean and ok in general. Big sink that is comfortable, bath tub + separate shower. Drinking water, mugs, microwave, kettle, tea in the kitchen, as well as tables and chairs. Coffee capsules and espresso cups in the room.

Great location just outside the city walls of Verona. The room was spacious and great value. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Unfortunately we were there during the hottest time ever. No air con in the room was challenging.

No kettle or tea/coffee. We did ask our host for a kettle and he did provide one instantly. Breakfast wasn't like the pictures. It was extremely basic. No hams. No fruit selection. No fridge in the room. Not all the lights were working which left it very dark because we had to keep the shutters closed due to get heat.

The location to the city was excellent. Air conditioning which was quiet.

Our room was very big with balcony. Very kind host and I got some of gluten free options for breakfast. Very clean hotel and some walking distance to the main attractions and the train station.

Central location, large comfortable room, generous breakfast. Walking distance from train station and the old city. Really terrific value for a Verona base.
