Dimora Iconica (iconic residence) is the perfect name for this perfect holiday home. An exceptional find that offered us a unique space to relax and enjoy a week in Puglia. A traditional Trullo (one of only two on the extensive property), which had been renovated with great imagination and attention to detail, offering every modern convenience in a tranquil, private setting. Our lovely hosts, Giuseppe and Isa, went way beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we wanted and made sure our time in the beautiful town of Locorotondo will be remembered and treasured for years to come.

Self-catering facilities were limited and would be a problem if you wanted to cook meals. For us this was not a problem.

Property was superb, in a lovely quiet location with a wonderful swimming pool. Very romantic and quirky. Lovely gardens and a vegetable patch and fruit trees. In a good location to walk into Locorotondo.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in our trullo at Dimora Iconica. Comfortable beds, AC, large bathroom with high quality linens. On top of that, the property of the most beautiful natural landscaping I've seen anywhere. After an early swim in the saltwater pool, we spent one morning just sitting outside our trullo sipping coffee and watching the butterflies enjoy the flowers. With only 2 trullos on the on the grounds, it's like having your own private compund and pool, with several private and quite respite areas strategically located throughout the property. The location is very serene and allows for easy trips to Locorotondo, Cisternino, and Lecce. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Due to car troubles, our arrival was delayed. The hosts were understanding and flexible as our plans were in constant change. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness during a challenging time. Grazie mille! Guissepe stopped by the property each morning in case we needed anything, but his visits were never intrusive. He was there to care take and be available if needed. We give Dimora Iconica our strongest recommendation.

Amazing location. Very tranquil but close to Locorotondo. We stayed in the larger trulli and loved that we had a dining area and kitchen ( with hob, fridge and plenty of pans etc also coffee machine and kettle). Location was excellent for visiting local towns and very private. Was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful, authentic trullo just outside the center of Locorotondo. Communication with the host beforehand via WhatsApp was smooth and easy, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The trullo itself is absolutely stunning — full of charm and character, with a truly authentic feel, yet equipped with all the modern comforts you could need. It’s located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet countryside atmosphere. It was also a great base for exploring the surrounding towns by car — very convenient for day trips in the region. We had a fantastic stay and can 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable experience in Puglia!

This place is a must for everyone who visits the Puglia region! Its location makes it easy for us to visit other places from Leece to Matera and Alberobello. It also provides an opportunity to experience how it is to live in a trulli home which is renovated to provide the modern facilities in a tranquil, peaceful and safe surrounding. Even the temperature is set at a pleasant 20 degrees Celsius so we slept well. Parking is provided in the secure compound. We will always treasure memories of our stay here.

Host contacted us via WhatsApp and met us at the property to hand us the keys and gave us an overall introduction of the house.. Short 5min drive to Locorotondo, a beautiful town to be visited both in the day and at night.. You will find good restaurants and super markets.

Magnificent little property! Such a peaceful stay in a beautiful trullo surrounded by lovely gardens, sparkling pool and olive groves. Attention to detail is spot on. Location is close to Locorotondo. Didn’t want to leave this little piece of paradise. Favourite stay in Italy so far.

The owner handed us the keys and showed us around the property. It was nice to meet his family. The property was beautiful and our trullo was exceptionally well-appointed. It was too cold to swim, but the pool was beautiful.

There’s nothing that could be changed here, it’s perfect!

Extraordinary space which is absolute paradise. The owner has thought of every detail possible and it’s a fantastic place to come to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the trullo has everything you need from pots and pans to olive oil, salt and pepper. There’s a good size fridge with a freezer too. The air conditioning was fantastic and the trullo keeps nice and cool in the heat. The extra fold out bed is in its own nook too with air conditioning and would definitely be comfortable for a third guest. Just outside the trullo there was a drying stand which was a really thoughtful detail. The outdoor space is also stunning. A well thought out garden surrounds the trulli and the salt water pool is wonderful. You walk out of the trullo and the view is incredible. There’s an outdoor shower alongside the pool too. Lots of sunbeds in different locations means there’s plenty of spaces to relax. There’s a shared outdoor kitchen too which overlooks the vegetable garden where we were able to pick and use tomatoes and aubergines! There was a plug in hob and a BBQ to use. The lighting in the evening is really well thought out too and meant we could relax in the evenings. While there are two dwellings, we felt the space was private at all times. Lots of different areas to relax and the pool is large. Cannot recommend a holiday here enough! Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino are all really close and great places for dinner etc. too.

An amazing location just about 5 minutes from the center of Locorotondo (by car) and 10-15 minutes from Alberobello. A peaceful and harmonic environment with an extra touch the pool and the garden with vegetables you can eat. The trule was was clean and fresh. Giuseppe was a great host. We loved the property. You do share the pool and outdoor kitchen with guests staying in the main trulli but a seperate outdoor covered seating area gave the possibility for privacy also.

Beautifully renovated trulli with incredible gardens and olive groves, outdoor kitchen and pool facilities. Situated about 2 kilometers from the quaint old town of locoronto, it was a fantastic base to explore surrounding towns and beaches in puglia by car. We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. The hosts are a lovely young couple who do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible. It was cherry season and we could pick cherries straight from the trees. We stayed in the ‘studio’ trulli which had a comfortable bedroom, bathroom and small coffee bar/bar fridge area. We used the covered outdoor seating area a lot also. It was still early in season and a bit too fresh for the pool. We absolutely loved staying here, very tranquil and all in all just wonderful.
