The only thing that could be improved is sound proofing the next door shower as it’s very loud when the next door neighbors were using it.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Complimentary coffee, tea and water. There is no reception but the cleaning staff is friendly and helped us to check in. I would stay here again.

Rooms are a bit small or ours was, my husband is quite tall though. Bathroom extremely small, Bit tricky to find.

Rooms are spotless, bed is super comfortable. We had a room with a view which overlooked a busy market street, you felt like you were part of the neighbourhood - window easily closed to filter noise. Excellent airconditioning. Reasonable size shower. Excellent hosts available till 7pm, 7 days a week. Nice central courtyard. The square where the accommodation is based is bustling with life and street entertainment, many eateries. Breakfast deal at a local restaurant is an excellent option - food was delicious in a beautiful dining room. Walking distance to many attractions.

The person in charge of the cleaning should perhaps be given some support during peak periods, as she has to do everything alone, and even with the best will in the world, time is not limitless.

The room, the patio, everything in this B&B is tastefully decorated. The view from our room over the incredible architecture of Florence made the moment even more special. The location is perfect for discovering the monuments of Florence on foot. We even walked all the way up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Even though it is right in the city center, we were not disturbed by any noise at night… in fact, was there even any noise at all?

I wonder if the coffee and tea making facilities could be made available in each room rather than in the foyer . It’s a small suggestion but it was not a problem .

An oasis in the centre of a busy city. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed with Florentine architecture and inspiration. The staff were incredibly friendly and readily available. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom modern and fresh. A hotel like experience without all the trappings.

The bathroom was on the smaller side but perfectly comfortable.

Location was great, close to everything in a very walkable city. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a nice view over the street. A lovely place to stay. Staff were present and friendly and they had tea, coffee, and biscuits available to enjoy in the courtyard free of charge.

The location was excellent, close to everything you want to see in Florence, which is a very walkable city. The staff (Maria) was friendly and helpful. There are nice extra touches to make you feel comfortable such as filtered water and an included coffee/tea station. It was nicely decorated and clean, and great to have an elevator to help get the heavy luggage up the stairs. AC and a quiet building made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

No kettle/coffee machine in room. when the day I left, I saw they were installing a water machine in the common area. Drinking water is extremely important during the hot days! Glad that they are providing purified water now.

The room is tastefully designed and decorated. Location is extremely convenience, I walked to all my destinations within 10 mins! And my son love the Repubblica plaza downstairs. I love the little terrace, where I enjoyed my coffee every morning. Also the cafes around the plaza are great especially the one right at the front door.

The mattress was too hard for us. The staff put an extra quilt on the mattress which improved it slightly

The location was incredible, close walking distance to all the main attractions. Sara and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty, and clean. Thankful for the elevator to get our luggage up and down the stairs.

The facility is on the 2nd floor and does not have a traditional 'reception desk' - so a little hard to find on the first day. The lovely cleaning staff greeted me. Administrators work from a separate location, but respond quickly to messages (e.g., WhatsApp) and will come by if needed. When I arrived, I had questions, and Sara came over immediately. She was very helpful.

The location was excellent. It is central and within quick walking distance to just about everything in Florence. The Duomo is only a couple blocks away in one direction and the Ponte Vecchio is a couple blocks away in the other direction. The administrators are responsive and the cleaning staff is lovely. When I went to Siena for the weekend, they kept my large bag for me until I returned on Monday.
