Finding it was a lttle tricky and it doesn't have a reception - you need to contact the host on arrival. But they were very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags for a few hours even after checkout

The room was fabulous. A really good size with a big bed, sofa, desk. Very clean and beautifully furnitured. Fabulous balcony overlooking the main square.

We weren’t expecting so many mosquitos on the balcony. Some repellant in the room would have been helpful.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town with a balcony overlooking the piazza. Very spacious room. The girl that met us for check in was friendly and helpful. Parking was only a 5 minute walk away.

Had some very minor communication issues with owner re: arrival time, but everything was sorted quickly and professionally and the stay was otherwise perfect!

Perfect location right in the centre of Vercelli. Lovely classic room and bathroom with gorgeous tiled floor, balcony, full bath, and quality wooden furniture.

As we arrived in our own car, car parking was very difficult in the town centre and we had to park in the town free car park about 400m away in an old garrison. Whilst the area looked safe I was concerned about leaving my car. It was however fine the next day when I collected it...

Gledis, who looked after us was an amazing host. I cannot fault the level of service received. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed.

The coffee machine punctured the capsules but did not pour any coffee, only hot water. The handheld shower does not have a hook to attach it on the wall while showering; that said, there is also a fixed top shower head. The door (half-door, actually) leading into the common area on the first floor is bizarrely narrow.

The suite is in fact a single room, a very big one, with a large double bed and a set of armchairs closer to the main window, and there are two folding couches and a coffee table closer to the entrance, plus a writing desk. Virtually everything in the room and the bathroom was in a perfect working order. The folding couch made a perfectly comfortable single bed. The room seems a walk-up; there was no elevator as far as we could tell. Vercelli is a quiet town, so facing the piazza is not a problem unless there is a citywide event.

Location was amazing. Our suite was spacious and beautiful and had a balcony overlooking the central square. The host was very friendly and helpful. She arranged for some nice glasses of wine from the bar downstairs that we drank on the balcony. We felt like the mayor of town.

Very friendly host who was taking very good care of us. Location of apartment was in the center of town, which was important for us. Easy commuting to Milan and Turin by train. We enjoyed out stay.

If you are driving in ask if it is a market day in the Piazza before you arrive because that changes everything with parking.

The guesthouse is right on the square, parking is simple, the room was lovely and plenty for 2, bathroom unexpectedly large and well appointed, access very simple. I did walk past the door a couple of times before I found it, even though the instructions were very clear. I feel so bad that I've forgotten the young lady's name but she was awesome. Attentive but never intrusive and so very helpful to us. The room is an easy and short walk to all the beautiful sites in Vercelli
