The location of this property was perfect for walking around, restaurants and bars.

It is located away from the center so you need to walk 15mins before getting into the city centre. It is not far, but maybe not too comfortable for those who are not into walking a lot.

It is a very quiet appartment. We did not have any noise from the street or neighbors. The inside of the appartment is stunning: everything you need is there. A proper made up bed, clean sheets, clean floors, comfy bath towels, a full equipped kitchen and even some water and wine offered by the owner to get into the sicilian mood. It was a very modern appartment, high ceilings with some classic features. I would totally recommend.

Very spacious and good value apartment, easy walk into the centre. There is a Spar opposite very handy. The hairdryer and iron are very good. When there was a problem with the shower Massimo had it sorted immediately. I recommend!

Nice neighbourhood and great ubication (very close to Palermo Lolli station and in front of a supermarket). The flat was very clean, with teapot, coffe machine, a lot of stuff for cooking, Netflix, Disney... The landlord was very kind and answer all my doubts. It was very easy to meet him to pick up the keys. I stronlgy recommend this flat.

This is a perfect home away from home. The apartment was very comfortable and sparkling clean. Massimo as very friendly and helpful. It is around the corner from the train station. It is walking distance to every place you will want to visit. There is a supermarket across the street. There is plenty of very hot water and strong water pressure. We highly recommend this apartment.

Big beautiful apartment near the centre of the city, next to apartament shops, cafes etc, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4 guests, very clean and beautiful decor, very nice owner! Perfect contact.

Exceptionally clean. Beautiful two bedroom . Beds were very comfortable. Well appointed small kitchen. Fabulous neighborhood near everything. Right by Lolli train station which takes you to Palermo Centrale status and other stops, including the airport. Lots of markets, restaurants, attractions within walking distance. Massimo was very helpful -and provided a guide to local attractions, day trips, etc. We loved our stay!!!

Central location. Easy walking to all the main areas. Apartment was spotless. Beautifully decorated. Best bathroom we have had in all the accomodations we have had while travelling around Sicily. Host was very good. Helped us out with all the questions we had.

The apartment itself has been renovated to a beautiful standard. The host was incredibly personable and helpful.. Took us through the property in detail and supplied a pdf of information containing things to do, places to eat etc. The location was good.

High class apartment every detail was just amazing beds were so comfy sheets duvets crisp and 100% excellent quality Bathrooms & kitchen fitted out with top class appliances Massemo the owner was so accommodating to us we arrived very early to palermo he met us at the property with a warm welcome to sicily coffee water and some great recommendations for sightseeing &food restaurants all of which we did thanks again for everything 🙏❤️ We will be passing in your contact details to our family & friends Thank you Denise George Charlie & oscar whelan

The sitting room is small for four people seated at the same time. But we spent a lot of time out and about.

The bedrooms were a great size. And the tv facilities were helpful.
