the common place use was not very under-controlled. I had to wake up very early because of the noise of other guests every morning. And there could be someone to take the trash out of the room daily at least.

It’s a good choice as a base to trips in the area for 1-3 days. Lacking a bit of personal hospitality which I received from other hosts, but all was ok. There’s an intuitive self check in. Location is good, walking distance everywhere. The one negative was the limited amount of hot water in the shower, even for one person, ending in freezing cold:(. Other than that, I recommend.

Some things need to be fixed, like the curtain that was broken, we notify about it to the host, but it is managed by a company, so they need to forward the request to the owner. The checkout time is too early, 10am and you are not able to leave your bags there during the day.

The bed was big and comfy, the room has a good size, WC is separated from shower and there is a shared kitchen outside the room that you can use, you have even a space in the fridge. The location was great close to the attractions.

It’s the first time I booked a place where you have to throw your trash outside the building in a trash bin yourself. So at least leave the trash bags in the room, because there was none of it.

One is with the main door of the building- it was so small. Also the corridor was a little creepy. This is not the owners fault though. But once you enter the Dimora Beluga on the first floor everything is light, clean and new. Only issue was in the last night - while I was showering the piping thing outside broke. But I reported it and the communication was really easy and nice. Also that same thing was loud sometimes but it didn’t bother me that much.

I liked that it was near everything you need. Grocery stores, food places, pharmacies, bus stations and even the train station was around 15 minutes walking. I also liked how easy it was to self check in. The room was clean and nice. It wasn’t big but for a solo traveler I think it’s enough. The bathroom was also spacious. I like that the hair dryer was a good one, because in some places it could barely dry my hair. The room wasn’t dark, the air-conditioning was working really good, the TV was a smart tv so it was amazing to have the opportunity to watch some shows before bed. Also I felt safe the whole time.

The entrance was confusing and dirty area. You entered into a dark dingy hallway and climbed to 1st floor before you realise you are in the right place with a plaque on wall stating dimora beluga. Once you enter the apartment area though it was clean and bright. There should be a sign attached to outside of building. Check in all done remotely, by text with detail. Heating was ok but not hot and nights were a bit cold. I did however manage to increase it slightly. I couldn't find any detail of a code for the wifi.

Room and facilities very clean and comfortable. Kitchen area shared with other 7 rooms but it was spotless. Great TV with netflix. Slept very well. It was a very good location for shopping area, old city , historic sights and the harbourside with lovely walks. Plenty of places to eat close by. Good value for money, no frills but perfect for short stay.

As much as we enjoyed our stay, I have to point out the fact that we had a little problem with the shower, as the water was infiltrating from the pipes under it and from the lateral wall, the water going all the way to the hall. However, we told the host about it and they sent a plumber as soon as possible and fixed the problem.

The location is probably one of the best you could ask for, as it is in the very center of the city, but still on a quiet street. Also it was very close to a supermarket and other places you might need (beauty salons, pharmacies etc). It was very clean and we had absolutely everything we needed, from an iron and towels to even makeup remover pads. Our room only had one bedroom (with one matrimonial bed and two single beds), a bathroom and a balcony, which was perfect for a 4 girls trip. However, the kitchen (fully equipped!) was to share with the other apartments, which, for us, wasn’t a problem, as we only used it for our morning coffee, but may be one for those that come as a family, especially with babies, that would want more privacy.

When we arrived at the discussed check-in time, the room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait for an hour. Later, it turned out that they had sent me the code for the wrong room key, which required us to urgently return the key to the other guests who were already waiting for their room. While such mistake can happen, it seems not uncommon based on other reviews that rooms are not ready by the indicated check-in time (14:00). The elevator in the building is out of service. Whenever water is used, there is a loud noise from above the room, likely due to plumbing. On the last day, I inquired about the possibility of a late checkout until 18:00. The room was vacant after our stay, and I was willing to pay a reasonable fee. However, it was only possible to book an entire extra night. I had expected some flexibility given the chaotic check-in experience. For 3 nights it was no problem that there is no cleaning service, but if you plan to stay longer, you might need to pay extra for cleaning and new towels. The flat is quite good, the location is amazing. We arrived on the 15th of August, which is the peak season, so I understand that the prices were higher, but for the price we paid, I expected a little more.

On a positive note, the location is perfect. The flat consists of 6 rooms that share a kitchen, while the bathrooms are private within each room. Both the room and the flat are clean, and the kitchen is of good quality. The toilet and shower are separate. The double bed is quite small, but the mattress is very comfortable (quite firm).

The room was very spacious and well decorated, it was a lot bigger than I expected. The facilities in the shared kitchen were excellent. The location was also fantastic, just a couple minutes walk from lots of lovely bars, restaurants and historic sites. I would definitely go back.
