The room is really quite lovely, quality, clean and cozy, with a great shower and wonderful climate control. It’s literally right around the corner from the center of town with great access to restaurants and sights. We thought it was a great value.

No window in my room, a little bit of cellar-feeling. But not a big problem because of all the outdoor spaces to relax in.

A little pearl in this cute little town. Very well decorated, comfortable and clean. Nice outdoor spaces. Good communication. Didn’t try the breakfast because leaving early.

The breakfast was not ok. No plate, plastic cutlery, coffee from a cup. Food was very poor.

The accomodation was very good, excellent. Also the safe was very kind.

I would recommend checking treadmill because sometimes didn’t work properly.

It was spectacular stay! Room was comfortable and clean, outside patio and jacuzzi area were amazing. The best part was how nice hosts were to us, super kind and funny.

The location to find it was in an alley. I did not really understand that there would not be anyone on property for the majority of the day (just during breakfast and if you have arranged a service). It felt very remote. Once you were in it was fine, but we felt a little "lost" arriving at night. The room was missing some basic things (like glasses/cups). I gave it a higher score because Antonella is wonderful and worked hard to make us feel welcomed.

The staff were kind and accomodating. They made a great suggestion of where to take a day trip (Otranto - thank you so wonderful) and also rearranged our spa serivce to accommodate our change in plans. They went out of their way to make sure that I could have yogurt for breakfast (goat and sheep). I liked the spa area and the room was cozy. I liked that the smart tv worked because one night we walked to an area grocery and picked up food and wine to enjoy in the room after a busy day.

1. Room was superb. Worth much more than what was charged. 2. Post communicated promptly and was helpful with finding local restaurants, etc. 3. Allowed me to use their office coffee machine so I could have an early breakfast.

Me and my partner Merc had the absolute best time staying at Dimora Assuntina. One of the best holidays we have been on and a big part of that was down to the amazing host Antonella. The bed was really comfy and the morning cappuccinos were yummy. There were lovely little touches like; chargers, air conditioning, shampoo, fridge and we were always asked if we needed anything. The room was beautiful and we are most definitely going to return in the future as the location was great to explore the South of Italy by car. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning between 8-11am and was fun chit chatting with the other people staying. It really felt like staying with family.

The staff we so kind!! The communication was excellent. We were treated with sparkling wine and juices in the room and a huge Italian sweet breakfast each morning! The place was so beautiful,our room was very spacious, clean and modern. Also we enjoyed having Netflix in the room. Highly recommend as base to explore the area! Thankyou :)

This very cozy hotel is located in a small town which is close from Lecce (20 min by car) and a beautiful beach (Baia del Turchi). Accommodation is really comfortable and the staff makes you feel at home. There is a smart TV in the room (with Netflix, youtube and so on). Breakfast was gorgeous and Italian-style with pastries from a local grocery. We would like to thank all the staff (Giancarlo, Antonella and his sister) for our amazing experience. The place did not have a spa as advertised or massages available. I choose this place in the middle of nowhere with intentions of going to the spa for my birthday but had to reorient when I got there and found out it was under renovation. Because the place was in the middle of nowhere, I struggled to take public transportation missing busses and having to hail a ride from strangers who did not speak English. They recommended I rent a car, but with it being my first time in a new country, I was uncomfortable with this but it may have saved me a lot of trouble. I would not have booked this stay if I knew it didn't have the spa. I am also traveling alone and the space is very much for couples, so much so I could hear the neighbors doing their business at night. Breakfast was also included in the room price but because of transportation, I didn't have time to enjoy. Thankfully, the person I was whatsapping contacted a cafe so I could have breakfast before my flight on the last day.

The space was nice and clean with a resort like environment. I checked in and out at my own leisure and the person I was in contact with was helpful and kind.
