What could be improved: There was no detergent for the washing machine, and some basic kitchen essentials like salt were missing – but apart from that, everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay – the apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The amenities were great, and everything we needed was available. One big plus was the free parking behind the building. It was very convenient, although sometimes full – but overall still a great bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nothing negative to report, other than I suppose the three flights of stairs with no lift might be an issue for some visitors.

The apartment was a short walk from the start of the main, tourist-interesting, part of Matera where there were great bars and restaurants - so the location was ideal. We could park our hire-car for free either behind the apartment block, or on the road outside. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, and quite spacious and nicely decorated. We would defintely choose it again if we were returning to Matera.

The apartment, despite being on the second floor without an elevator, turned out to be a very pleasant place, with good living conditions and minimalist, very functional decor. It was perfectly clean, inspiring us with hygienic security. We were pleasantly surprised with important information from the person in charge, Gerardo, via WhatsApp. The location is excellent, close to all areas to visit. We entirely recommend it. Ideally situated and well equipped appartment close (max. 10 min by foot) to the historical downtown. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer due to our flight back home but definitely a very good place to stay for those keen to explore Matera. We as a family of four enjoyed the stay and the owner was very helpful if needed. I recommend it and would stay there during a future trip to Basilicata.

The main bedroom faces the road so it is slightly noisy. This wasn’t a problem as we kept the windows closed.

We really liked the location. It was very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom and super kitchen with a great view.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the Sassi and beautiful views but within easy walking distance of markets and cafes with easy parking. The apartment was modern and clean ( with beautiful photographs decorating the space ) and Gerardo was a gracious and helpful host.

The aircondition system did not work properly. There was no air conditioners in the rooms, just small air outlets connected with the central system. It was not enough to cool all the flat. The average temperature in the flat was 27/27,5 C. It should be mentioned in the offer there is no air condition in all the rooms

The apartment was clean, very good location, 10 mins to the old part of the town, very close to the supermarket. The area was quiet
