PolandWe recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived quite late, but the hotel had no problem accommodating us after 1:00 AM. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed warmly. The room itself was spotless and had a very charming, almost retro feel to it. Although the photos online make it look a bit old-fashioned, it’s one of those cases where everything is so well-maintained that it actually adds to the charm. The furniture was interesting, the bathroom tiles had character, and the carpet was cozy and well-kept—everything was just super cool! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The food was genuinely tasty, and it made for a great start to the day. When we arrived late at night, we were greeted by a kind elderly gentleman at the reception. Although he didn’t speak English, he was very sweet and did his best to help us with everything we needed—thank you to him! All the staff we encountered were incredibly kind and always smiling, which made our stay even more pleasant. Parking was convenient too. When there were no spaces available in the main parking lot, we could easily park right at the hotel entrance. The view from our balcony was stunning, with a beautiful mountain landscape. I also want to mention that we called the hotel before our flight to let them know about our late arrival, and they reassured us that it was not a problem at all. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay and warm hospitality!

BelgiumHonestly, I can't find anything negative to say. I was a bit surprised initially to see the average age of the other residents, but considering that Boario Terme is, as the name implies, a thermal city, that's easy to understand.
Comfortable, quiet (we were concerned there could be some noise coming from the street, but with the store down, the room was perfectly quiet). The breakfast buffet is simply amazing. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was always very good. In terms of location, the Valle Camonica was a real joy to discover.

Superb friendly and helpfull staff! Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Good equipped bikeroom. Glutene-free meals are not any challenge here, breakfast allright (limited, but enough continental style, quite rich Italian style). Tasty dinners.

ItalyI would like to have a full refund for the 2days that wasn’t spent due to the rudeness of the owner of this hotel.. It all started like this , on Thursday I made a call to this hotel for the following information, I called asking if it’s possible to make a change on the date of arrival ( arriving a day earlier 20/09/24 and leaving 22/09/24 instead of 21/09/24- 23/09/24 ) and if it’s incurred charges, he said it’s possible but I would have to send a written message through booking.com help center in order to make this change , which was a right thing to do . After the call I evaluated my time situation and to avoid confusion, I decided not to send any message and remain with the initial booked. To be respectful I called the hotel back after two hours to informed them that there wouldn’t be need for changes anymore and there wouldn’t be arriving any message because I am sticking to the initial date booked and to thank him for the information and availability, he responded rudely but never understood why. On 21/09/24 we arrived at the hotel and checked in, he gave us the key to room 221 , we entered and the room was disappointingly small, no balcony, window with extremely close view of a dirty roof top of another building. Immediately we went back to the reception thinking he might have make a mistake or given to us an error key but we were wrong because he said that’s the available room, i informed him that it doesn’t correspond to the room booked on booking.com and if possible we have another room or a partial refund for the bad room, rudely he responded that the price of the bad room is the same with the big room with balcony I have booked and he can’t do anything about it . After this statement he left us there standing, we left him the key and went away. I would really want my full refund because the hotel ruined our vacation and we had to return home after a long drive

PolandWindows seems like made from paper - motorcycles running around the block all evening were quite annoying and made it hard to sleep well. Rooms are tiny, avoid top floor where roof reduce your space even to move in room. Overall I would not repeat this experience again. Plus side - small, clean pool.
Breakfast was well organised. Enough space to park van.

United KingdomThe room had an awful smell. There was no fridge or kettle in the room. We had to request the control for the air conditioning. The reception closed at 12 therefore we had to be back in the hotel by midnight. There is a walk around the side of the hotel to access the pool. It is not connected to the hotel. Location wasn't great, not close to anything other than the thermal therapy baths fortunately we had hired a car. This hotel is not very interesting for younger guests. Light fitting was coming out of the ceiling.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. Not a good place for younger guests.
