Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Austriaparking is tough, you might get lucky on the street near by. but there is a big public parking lot about 1 km up the road. the room was a bit small for us considering the amount of bike gear we had. we will ask for a bigger room next time.
staff is great! super helpful, bike garage and washing area is practical, breakfast was also good. Room was very clean and the bathroom/shower felt brand new. the nights were very quiet.

Excellent location, spacious room with sea view and good breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating with our requests. The hotel also offers to the guests a bike storage room with wash and tools for repairs - quite convenient!

United KingdomEn suite was the smallest I have ever seen, but perfectly functional. No air-con but the large ceiling fan did the job. Be aware that this is half way up a hill, so not suitable for those with difficulty walking.
The hosts are wonderful. Really helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent (right next to a castle and 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants) and you get a discount at a nearby private beach. Good breakfast. View from balcony and breakfast area is lovely.
