The room is much smaller than in the pictures. You literally sleep next to the toiler, which is inconvenient. And you have no place to sit within the room.

- it was very humid; also some mold was growing on the window wall - when we arrived there were no toiletries nor toilet paper (the host offered to bring them the next day but we have already bought what was missing)

- Great location: 5 minutes away from the old town - It was very quiet (except the last 2 days when a neighbour started renovations upstairs) - Nice design: modern, the space is used at maximum so you can enjoy a bedroom, a kitchen and a dining space in a single room. - good communication

We were there three days and the final day, many ants appeared which caused a bit of a problem. If we stayed another day the ants would have been everywhere all over our suitcases and clothing.

The window and balkony door were directly next to the street-so you could hear, if a car or motorcycle drive by (Design Room 2). Thankfully it is a really calm street. There was no plug for the hairdryer, that you could use it next to the mirror, so would be nice to provide either the plug or an hairdryer that fits. I would have been extra happy if there would have been a full-size mirror and an iron included.

The design was nice, there was a beautiful picture of Verona in the room and it was clean. The shower was big. Also nice was, that you had an option to make urself tea.

First of all there where no replay to my messages and thats really not nice!!! The kitched had microwave and kettle, 2 cups and spoons, 1 small plate and mini fridge. There were no glasses, plates, knives and cutlery to fully use the kitchen!!! And no Wifi, mobile internet was really bad in that place!!!

We were staying 5 nights and it would have been nice to have an extra set of towels and a kettle. The description of facilities did say there would be a kettle however, our apartment didn’t have one so it wasn’t ideal having to boil water in the microwave.

The location was excellent although close to main sights the apartment was in a quiet location.

The room was on the 0 floor - it felt like living in a basement, with little sunlight. When we arrived, the room was really cold and it took us more than a day to get it to a pleasant temperature. There was no iron nor a broom/a vacuum, so there are little appliances. If you’re planning to cook food, there is only a microwave.

Great location - the city itself is walkable yet the location really makes it easy to travel on foot! The neighbors were quite, as well as the whole neighbourhood felt safe (even at the night time)

Smaller than expected, door lock wasn't fully secure (it did lock, but could have clicked once more for full deadbolt). The first night we didn't have a blanket. The staff provided one as soon as we asked.

Floor was so dusty and dirty, there was no blanket, only sheet on the bed, so i was super cold during nights. In pictures room looks bright and light, but in reality it was super dark. Water in the bathroom sink didn't go away for a long time. There were some dishes in the kitchen area, but those wewere dusty too.

The room was clean, nice and well furnished. There were all we needed ( cutlery, towels etc ). The best thing was the location, it took us 5 minutes to get to centre of the old town. The hostess helped us a lot and was super friendly!☺️

There were ants everywhere and the problem kept getting worse, we tried to contact the owner but she said there was nothing she could do. We used towels to stand on the bathroom floor since it was covered in dead ants every day, when we asked for more towels the owner said we had to pay €35 extra even though it was our only option to stand bare feet on the bathroom floor. Also two towels were already dirty when we got there but we got new towels so that was nice.

The bed was broken when we arrived, trued to message the host several times an no response. We ended up sleeping on the floor. Communication is awful. We have now raised a complaint with booking.com There are no shops close by open after 8pm so ensure you buy a drink before returning home.
