A perfect location to visit the city and area of Cinque Terre by train, I recommend!. Personalized service on WhatsApp provided useful information for a quite easy checkin and access. Asia is very nice and gave our big car a parking with easier access, the booking was arranged on WhatsApp before our arrival ! The rooms were renovated and kept super clean , equipped with air conditioning that worked perfectly, very important for a comfortable stay in summer. Breakfast is good with choices. Lovely garden!

It was in a great location, close to the ships and restaurants and to the train station making it easy to visit Cinque Terre towns. The breakfast was always great and all the staff especially Delia were a delight.

Lovely breakfast, simple and tasty in Italian style as well as bread, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit and juice, yoghurt and eggs. The staff were accommodating and lovely. GermanyVery nice and beautiful accomodation to stay in La Spezia. Located nearby the train station in a calm side road so you don‘t recognize the train traffic. The service in the hotel is extraordinary, especially Delia has to be named here representative for the whole team. Check in and check out are very easy to handle in self service. Delia provided us useful information about our stay in La Spezia. Thank you so much for all and a very nice stay at the Dépendance du Glam Resort. If we will return to La Spezia some day we surely will stay there again :)

We really liked the property! Great location, close to the train station, so it's easy to go explore Cinque Terre by train. The room was nice, big, very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. We were able to park the car right in the garage of the property (30 € per night) which was perfect. There is a coffee machine in the room and you get fresh croissants and focaccia each morning delivered to your room. Great, friendly, quick and easy communication with the staff. The only thing that could be better is that the room could be more sound proof - it didn't bother us, but we were only watching the TV in the evening and the neighbor complained to the staff that we are playing loud music (which we weren't) and also came knocking furiously on the door, asking us to turn off the music... Other than that, all great!

SwitzerlandThe walk to the resort is rather steep and with luggage, it was quite a trek, especially the last bit after turning the corner. There is no lift, so after the trek, 2 flights of stairs to climb with baggage. This is not the fault of the resort, just a heads up for travellers.
Our customer care rep, Delia, was the best! Available all the time per Whatsapp no matter when or what. She made the experience a great one! The suite was very clean and well stocked for breakfast, plus fresh water waiting on arrival. Kudos to the staff including housekeeping! Great job!

When I booked this place, I honestly didnt expect it to be this great. The overall experience was amazing ! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It was a 15 min walk from the Railway station from where you go to every single place. The stay was very cute and clean. The room was huge and very spacious with a very big balcony and a very big bathroom. The breakfast was also decent. The staff was very nice and friendly. They didnt give us directions to the hotel until 1 day before our booking. But just 1 day before my booking, the staff sent me proper videos of how the entrance to the building is and how can I access my room and everything was explained so properly. Delia was my personal Assistant and I never met her in person but she was super nice and friendly. She answered all my questions and even suggested me places to visit around. She was very kind and super helpful. Unfortunately we stayed here only for 1 night so I couldnt enjoy this place more but I will definitely stay here again for more days whenever I visit La Spezia again. I highly recommend this place to everyone :)
