the massage situation could improve. the room was too cold with air conditioning on and the light was too bright. The masseuse was late in starting and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind with nothing being too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was very tasty with a good breakfast selection. Even though they were very busy due to the Tuscany trail bike event the staff were very polite and friendly and accomodating. Room and bathroom were a good size.

We enjoyed our stay. Before and after our Tuscany Trail experience it was the perfect place to stay and regenerate. The breakfast was good with variety of food choices. The lady at reception (Giulia I think) was extremely nice, helped us to change our reservation to bigger room. The hotel has the best garbage bags ever !

Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed dinner on the property a few times and it was always good. The pool area was nice, but I wish the temperature of the water was a bit hotter. We did notice a peculiar smell at times from our bathroom, was this through the drains or something related to the thermal water? The staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

Very uncomfortable bed. Was very disappointed with the inside thermal pool as half of the jets didn’t work at all. The eggs and bacon for breakfast were cold.

I have to say that for being a 4 star and the requested prices, these are sub-par: rooms are basic (our terrace was nice and big but with just 2 chairs), breakfast is good, but if you are a child.. 90% sweets (I wonder elderly people do not have glicemic issues there 🤷🏻‍♂️), service ok-ish, but they only ask you the room number when you enter for breakfast, not what you want to drink (it's the little things and attentions that matter). One thing... You will find lots of complaints about the moquette in the rooms and corridor on Booking... it's there to damp the noise, so it's good!). The building is also more modern than I thought.

Overall, we had a good time and I would recommend it. They are a good option if you want to go to the Thermal Centre.. because it's basically there! The access to the Hotel gives also accesss to all the thermal pools, internal and external. If you want to go to have therapeutic treatments like mud, etc, then you can cross the internal road and be there, so it's very convenient (please note nothing is included there anyway).

I wasn't satisfied with the pool towel charge. I was charged for the towels at the front desk for the first day then I was told that no more charges will required. When I went to the pool I was asked again for money for towel hire. There were calls to the main reception and a lot of talking. At the check out it was implied to me that we have not returned the towels. I felt somehow unconfortable being accused of stealing the pool towels. No information about the pool towels was given to us at the check in. Apparently we could have just use the room towels and avoid the 10 euro daily charge.

Room was clean but very plain. It needed some decorations or at least picture on the wall. Breakfast was a bit disorganised, it was a buffet style but we had to ask for everything as there were only cakes available. Once we have asked the helpful staff provided what we have asked for

I wish they had a dinner restaurant on the premises. The cost to rent a pool towel was way too expensive.

The thermal pool was excellent, and the 2nd even warmer pool with the jets and pressured waterfalls and hot tub area was fabulous. You could also buy drinks and snacks beside the pool. The bartender was very friendly and made us great aperol spritzs.

No restaurant for a dinner available in the hotel or close area around, you have to travel to the town centre, swimmimg pool closing time 7pm in summer. Breakfast looks very nicely arranged but majority of food are cakes, one kind of cheese, one kind of ham, no vegetables.

Pool rules disadvantaged hotel guests. Lifeguard was rude. Room was very small. Room door didn’t work and they wouldn’t try to fix it. No real lunch option on property inside or poolside.

The hotel has a huge outside pool and a smaller inside pool with different water treatments. The water temperature was perfect and the staff was exceptional. We also ate at the restaurant which was really good. We were travelling with our child and the staff was really nice and understanding to him too. Check out from the room is at 10.00 am, but after a huge breakfast we were allowed to use the pool until 2 pm which was great. Populonia and Golfo di Baratti are close by and on our way back we took a detour to visit the old Acropolis which was wonderful.
