United KingdomBreakfast could be improved with some extra, adding bit more choice and savoury food. Also some extra bevereages could do the job, such fruit juices.
Staff excellent, caring and available. The hotel is situated 15 minutes walking from the train station or by bus from the bus stop at few meters from the hotel. Then, by train is easily accessible the centre of Florence, Pisa and Livorno. There are nice places to eat and drink at walking distance from the hotel, open till late at night.

ItalySometimes the external unit of air conditioning make some noise, but it depends about the rooms.
Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are cleaned daily along with all the towels. It's close to train station and markets. Trains are frequently linked to Prato and Florence. If you want to visit the countryside riding your bicycle the position is suitable.
