The rooms do not have sea view, only 4 rooms have such view from the total capicity of the rooms. It will be better to have fridges also in single rooms.

We liked the location: very close to the beach and near to the old town of Chioggia. The rooms are well-furnished, the furniture is new. We were nicely surprised that the hotel has single rooms. The stuff is very pfifessional and helpful. We were surronded with their care and perfect comunication. Thank you so much. We will come next year.

Shower was a bit small I could not move much.

It’s close to the centre of sottomarina, a short walking distance to the beach in a very nice and safe area. Room was ok I could see the sea from my window. It was clean and they provided towels and shower gel. breakfast was varied but much of it was gluten and sweet pastry.

Decent room close to the beach and local restaurants. Room I had a large, private, bonus balcony available. OK breakfast. All in all, a decent place to stay.

No free parking available (not even for the time of taking your luggages in your room, which is quite disturbing). You can get a parking place only for an extra 8 EUR fee per day, if arranged by the hotel. However, if you walk down the street about 200 m, you can get a secure parking lot for 5 EUR per day. No free private beach entrance for guests, who reserve their rooms via Booking.com, which is discriminative and it is not indicated preliminarily, which causes extra frustration and disappointment.

Great location close to the beach, small stores and restaurants. Cosy apartment, comfortable beds, pet-friendly hotel (for a reasonable extra charge). Kind, helpful, cheerful and flexible staff.

The room was clean, they provided some vegetables for breakfast (I am vegetarian), the hotel is very close to the beach and public transport are not far. Chioggia is easy to reach by a nice walk.

Beach beds are not included when booked through booking.com, but are when booked direct. About €30 a day for an umbrella and two beds.

Family owned hotel, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We took a two bedroom apartment, which meant we could cook if we wanted to. But there are lots of little pizza places nearby that do the best pizza you'll ever taste. The location is fantastic, 5 min walk to the private beach area, and a 20 min stroll across the bridge into Chioggia old town for dinner!

Not much to complain about, it was what we expected for the price. Minor annoyance of the internet made you log-in constantly, but all the same it met the general internet requirements one might expect at an Italy vacation spot.

Apartment was nice for the price. Clean, bright place with working AC. Located in a quiet area one street over from the beaches and lunar park on one side, and short walk over to old city. Staff was helpful with general info in finding parking. Perfect for family trip with dog.

Annex building’s walls are extremely thin and do not filter any noise even guests were all behaving on normal volume.

Apartments aren't cleaned daily, but we had clean towels and sheets whenever we needed them, and a sweeping brush etc was provided. We found this all very easy and relaxed, with no pressure to leave for the cleaners.

The location. a 5 minute walk from the beach, and only 20/30mins walk across the harbour in the evening to the old town. The staff were lovely, and very helpful. The hotel has a private beach area, which was clean and had a nice bar/restaurant area. We had a 2 bed apartment, which had lots of room for 4. breakfast not included, but we walked to the shops each morning for fresh bread and cheeses etc, which suited us really well.

There were a few things which could have been better: - There is only burning hot or freezing cold water in the shower, nothing in between. - The blanket smelled like old closet. - Although the Wifi connects, it is too slow for whatsapp let alone anything else. - Even though we agreed on the phone that we'll arrive at 10pm they were very frustrated with us when we arrived at 9pm after 8h non-stop driving. Not a nice welcome :( Be aware that the parking costs extra 8€/day and their private beach is 24€/day for 2 (which you need to pay cash in the end). Better get your lounge chairs directly at the beach for half. All in all, it might have been alright for half the price but better keep looking.

The location is nice, about 10min to the beach and 15min to Chioggia. The room was clean and the A/C worked great.
