Upon arrival, I noticed the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly. I reported it to reception before heading out for dinner, and the issue was resolved by the time I returned – great service. One small point: many guests seem to be on full or half board, and at breakfast, most tables are pre-assigned with room numbers for these guests. It took a little effort to find a free, unreserved table as a B&B guest. I didn't use the restaurant or parking facilities, so I can’t comment on those.

I had a very pleasant two-night stay at Hotel Dei Fiori. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning, a generous bathroom, and a small balcony. I especially appreciated the drying rack on the balcony – perfect for swimwear. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and, notably, high-quality coffee (not always a given in Italian hotels!). The hotel is in a great location: close to the beach but just outside the busier, noisier part of town. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

The food could use improvement.

We lucked into renovated room, with modern furnishings, good air conditioning. While nicely decorated, the hotel itself presents a bit dated, but still very nice. The daily included breakfast was buffet style. The staff was excellent and quick to provide a cappuccino or needed condiment. The tables are reserved for the same one daily, cruise style. If you purchase full plan including all your meals, the menu is provided at breakfast and you make your choices at that time for lunch and dinner. The food was good enough, but after a meh dinner the first night, we only used the restaurant for breakfast. The location is excellent. Easy to get to the budello, beach or any nearby area of interest. We never had to drive anywhere. Very lively scene along the beach promenade a short block away!

There is nothing much we didn't like about this hotel. Our dog had to go out quite early in the morning (4:40AM) one time, and my husband got locked out of the hotel, which we hadn't realized that there was a significant period of time in the early morning hours that staff might not be manning the front desks. Also, when going with a dog, it can be difficult to find a spot to let them relieve themselves because typically the grass areas and beach are off limits for dogs. But we eventually found spots for her to go.

Overall, the stay was incredible, but the biggest impact was the staff. We found that they were extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay much more special. Other advantages were the cleanliness, calming aesthetic, wonderful spa services (which accommodated my pregnancy), and delicious food served in the restaurant.

WiFi in their winter annexe was poor and inconsistent. They cleaned my room with a do not disturb sign on. That was no issue for me as I just didn't need it cleaned but it could have been.

Super friendly staff that let you try your Italian and don't automatically speak English. That is so appreciated. Same with the breakfast, they have attentive staff that aren't in your face and the rooms were great.

Nothing. Everything was perfect! The only problem was the bathroom we had. It was quite small.

What I really liked about tge hotel was the style of the room. Very nice but nit too fancy and most importantly the hygiene. We had a very clean room, you felt so comfortable the first tine you stepped in the bedroom. I can totally recommend it! And the best was the hotel service. We were able to check out later without any extra fees or charges.

Not much information was provided by the hotel about available facilities (eg available beach facilities), and immediately outside one of the windows of our room was the flue from a large extractor fan from the kitchen, which was noisy. The quality of the breakfast was poor.

Hotel is conveniently situated at the better and quieter part of the town. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
