This is an amazing property tucked away in a side just steps away from the main busy areas. Located on Grand canal, tucked away on from the busyness of the walking tourist, shops and Restraunts , yet just 2 minutes walk! Rooms were superbly clean, modern, and definitely a 4 star!! Plenty of space for luggage considering how reviews I read on other hotels said rooms sizes would be small in Venice. Staff was very helpful and welcoming! Our hotel even had our staff member meet us at the water taxi as we arrived!

The hotel was so nice, modern, upscale and spacious! Very relieved and happy to see it was exactly what was shown on the website. Perfectly nestled just steps away from the main area of shopping and resteraunts, making it quiet and yet right at the Grand Canal. The rooms were so extremely clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and plenty of natural light even though we did not have a canal view. Staff was amazing and very sweet!

Perfect and quiet location. 15-20 minutes from train station walking distance if you don’t want to pay 70-90 euro for water taxi. Nice restaurants on reasonable prices on western part from hotel and unreasonable prices on eastern part. Very polite staff. Recommended place for quiet holidays.

Perhaps the soundproofing of the entrance doors to the rooms could be improved; there is a gap below, so you can hear the corridor, people leaving their rooms next door, and breakfast one floor below.

The view from the room wasn't that great. But not everyone can have a view of the canal. :-) It would also have been nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.

The location is fairly central, but still in a quiet alley where there are hardly any tourists. The staff were VERY friendly. The furnishings and the room were very stylish and new. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was great.

The hotel is amazing- great location, friendly staff, super clean, awesome amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was my first time traveling alone with my kids and I was very nervous. But since day 1 I booked the hotel and asked any questions. The hotel staff was so quick to reply and help. They set up my transfer from the airport and helped me get back to the train station. Amazing! Best place to stay. Very close to the center and near public and private taco dock.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The transport from the station by private water taxi cost €80 which is quite expensive. You can do public water fairy which is e9.50.

The bed was not comfortable for the cost of the hotel, and the 2 pillows provided were completely flat.

The location was very good, a short walk to most places, including the ferry to/from the airport. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We did not try the breakfast, but the option to have a hot breakfast was available, and that was a nice touch. The air conditioning was top-notch, a great relief during the heat-wave.

A quiet and modern (for Italy standards!) 4* boutique hotel in a great location. We booked a standard double room which had a walk in shower (no bath) and overlooked the courtyard outside. Facilities were minimal (but what you would expect of a small hotel) Really helpful and welcoming staff - would definitely stay again!
