A bit more warmth and cheerfulness from the staff would really make a difference—especially since most guests are on vacation and staying in a more intimate setting like this. The overall atmosphere plays a big role. That said, the view, the room, and the location are excellent! I also think the breakfast could be improved to better match the quality of the rest of the experience.

We stayed here for several days and felt really comfortable throughout. The place is modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, though we wouldn’t have minded a bit more savoury variety. All in all, a great stay – would happily come back!

The property is in an ideal position, rooms are really clean and aesthetically beautiful, the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Me and my partner got welcomed in a warm and friendly way that has put us both straight at ease, the owner is lovely, happy to give suggestions and help in every way. We will surely return ☺️

You might want to take some earplugs with you if you're sensitive to sound.

The location in perfect, in the center of the village. It is easily accessible from the docks. The room is big, with a great view of the lake and the streets. The bed and bathroom are spotless. I recommend having the breakfast at their place because of the breathtaking view. The orange juice is also great!

Nothing really, some eggs for breakfast would have been nice but the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. I like a protein breakfast so it’s just personal choice that I like eggs

Nice B&B on the island in Iseo lake, close to the harbour with ferry to Sulzano. Tasteful breakfasts, comfortable beds, awesome toilet. Very clean, and the staff was helpful and kind :-) The property has a bistro with delicious craft beers

The windows blinds do not cover the light that much, which makes sleeping confort not ideal from the moment the sun rises. Beware that if you go to Monte Isola outside the high season, there might be few options to eat out on weekdays, but the boat service is very frequent and you can always go somewhere else.

The room is amazing. Very confortable and moderno (in a good way), with wide windows where you could just relax and enjoy the lake view. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy the amazing lake view while having a cornetto with a cappuccino.

The only downside was the music that's played during the day outside the restaurant got a little irritating after a while (I was working most of the day though).

Stayed for a wedding on the island, food was great, breakfast fab, air con was perfect, rooms very modern, clean and very good size. Couldn't have asked for anything more really.

Noise, light in the room, no privacy in the room as you are seen from outside, limited breakfast and very abrupt owner. The price is really not matching the quality of service. Upon checkin after asking for a quiet room we found one above the speaker with music. Instead of calmly addressing the situation we were very harshly treated with no solution found.

Read negative comments from other platforms. Location is nice but not worth the price. With a few efforts it would be though.

We probably got unlucky, but there was a very noisy party until 1-2am, making it impossible to fall asleep. The breakfast was mostly "sweet."

The view is beautiful, but keep in mind that pedestrians are also visible, so if you want privacy, you will need to close the curtains.

We had requested in advance extra bed, it wasn't settled when we arrived. Had to wait with tired children outside of hotel. Staff gave us wrong keys for the room, couldn't get in after returning from dinner. Lift was broken, it kept on getting stuck between the floors. At night there was a party under us, we couldn't get sleep til 2am. Windows didn't have privacy film, so everyone could see straight into room while passing by. Breakfast is only sweet cakes, coffee and juice. Wouldn't call it a buffet. Overpriced disappointment.

The room was very dark only 2 bedside lights and one light by the door which made the room gloomy As mentioned by other travellers the sound proofing is poor Privacy is a problem as the blinds can only be open or closed so people walking past on the path are able to look in Be aware at breakfast if you require an additional coffee you will be charged for this-this was surprising as this is a not a cheap hotel and we did not expect to have to pay extra We did feel our overall experience was not good value for money

In the night we had issues with air condition and it was not possibile to open windows, only ventilation worked. It was very hot in the room and hard to sleep. The windows front onto the pavement so the curtains need to be down all the time, otherwise people passing by can see everything inside. Savoury breakfast was quite poor (only toast bread, cheese and ham). Maybe I wouldn't complain if it was a cheap hotel but in that case not worth the money.

The room was clean and cosy. Beautiful view on the lake during breakfast. Great location
