Even though the host offered breakfast when we didn't pay for it I just wish there was a bit more choice like pastries but I think that's me being picky.

As we stayed only for 2 nights, it wasn't problem for us, but the shared "kitchen" is only breakfast serving room, with basic devices, such is the pod coffee maker, microwave, water kettle, toaster and small shared fridge. The bathroom is nice, medium size, but with extra small shower cabin.

Our hostess Denise was very kind and helpful! The room where we stayed was very clean, as well as the rest of the house! As I noticed there was a video camera watching on the main corridor, so I guess there is an active video surveillance, although I never saw that in description nor the hostess told us. From my point of view, video surveillance is a plus! The Bus station to Venice is 2min walk from the house! On the end of the street is supermarket. There is a secure private parking lot on site. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a Venice visit, if you’re not staying in Venice itself. Venice bus stop down the street, parking in the yard, a little garden, tea kitchen, and spacious bedroom + bathroom. Very friendly and helpful hostess.

One of the best guesthouses we’ve stayed at :)! Very clean, fresh, and well-maintained! Dog-friendly, and the owners are amazing! If it weren’t for the owners’ help, our stay would have had to end after just one night due to our sick dog, but thanks to their help, we were able to stay until the very end! It’s rare to meet people who are so willing and selfless to help <3 I hope we’ll meet again someday :))) Warm greetings and we recommend it to everyone – you’ll feel wonderfully taken care of during your vacation!

It's a superb and clean place to stay. It's located pretty close to the bus stop, where you can catch bus No. 6, which goes directly to the islands. The hostess is amazing, really quick to respond, and really helpful if you have any additional questions. Solid 10. I would stay here again if I came to Venice sometime in the future.

Everything was alright.

The environment was alright. We really liked that we had place for parking the car inside the garden. If you come from a foreign country even if your car is not the best, still you prefer it to be safe isnt it? :) So this place was just great. Denise and her husband were very kind to us. The bus stop is just 3-5 mins walk from the house and took us straight to Venice.
