We liked everything about this place. If I ever come back to Rome again (I would love to) I will stay in this accommodation again.

This was one of the best experiences I had on the Booking. The apartment we used was very spacious, pleasant, with beautiful furniture and everything we needed. The host was very kind and she welcomed us warmly and friendly. The location is close to the station on metro line A and in just a few stops you are in the city centre. This is very convenient if you want to make a break during a day and come back to the apartment and again go back to the city centre. Close to the building there is one small and one big park that I used for jogging. There are also few supermarkets, restaurants, shops... The area is not touristic, it feels and looks like a true Italian neighbourhood, as the apartment itself which adds up to an overall impression and makes the experience better. The internet connection and the water pressure worked normal, as the air conditioning system. We stayed in the apartment with windows oriented towards the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay in Rome, both in the apartment and in the city. If you want to have a true Italian atmosphere on your first, or any other visit to Rome, this is a great place to start with.

Maybe could do with a few more kitchen items. There is a dishwasher but no dish washing tablets for example.

Great location. Very helpful, friendly manager. Just 6 stops on the underground train to the city centre. Neighbourhood felt very local, real Roma and not touristy. Lively park nearby. Great market in Saturdays.

If you (like us) have the bad luck to get an apartment/room facing the main street - Appia Nuova, bear in mind the street noise which is permanent day and night. May be it's usual for cities like Rome. Not to miss saying that while reserving I didn't ask for a quiet room. Next time I will ask 😊

The apartment is very nice! It's spotlessly clean, stylish, large enough, well maintained and equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay, including the kitchen tools. The cleaning service is everyday without additional taxes. The location was perfect for us as far as we didn't want to stay in the ideal center of the city with all the tourists and crowds there. The nearest metro station on the red line A is Furio Camillo and it takes only 10 minutes to reach Termini station. Very close to the property you'll easily find a big supermarket, nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out by prior arrangement with the hosts. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would stay again with pleasure and highly recommend the property to other people who visit Rome.

I love the apartment, the service, the location and the communication with staffs. The room is spacious and lots of amenities nearby. The metro station is just around the corner. Excellent pizza and pasta restaurants nearby. Sarah helped booking us taxi to get us to the airport on our departure date too!

The showers need to be fixed. Shame for such a good property otherwise. The showers are not fully operational as only a small part of the shower sprays water. And some amount of water is lost through the back side of the shower head. The shower cabin doors do not close fully in one of the rooms. That means water sprays outside the shower onto the bathroom floor. This is a sizing issue of the shower doors and I have never seen anything like this as it’s an obviously small doors they have put, which does not close the shower area fully. Would suggest to change the vanilla soap in the bathrooms as the smell is not good at all. The kitchen did not have any dustbin which was weird. And most importantly the kitchen did not have a microwave which was pretty unhelpful. Always handy to have one. And this is a pretty basic equipment in a kitchen.

Great location on the main line of metro to Termini, Vatican (and one small change to Colosseum). 5min walk to the nearest metro stops. Very clean and large property. Decent amount of light too, and big bathrooms. Great communication throughout. Very prompt. Daily cleaning service.

The water pressure is very low, it took me forever to wash my hair. I heard from my roman friends that this is a common issue in all older buildings.

Location very close to the metro which takes you to the key sights of Rome. Very spacious apartment, wonderful comfortable bed, well equipped apartment. The staff were great, helpful, easy to reach.

The location was perfect the staff was amazing specially the leady manager who find us a a super solution for accommodation. All the best to her and to the team. Close to the metro station and to buss station where you can go to centre. Vrei nice and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely inrecomande it.

No slippers, bath robe, the floor was a bit cold for October. Not enough towels after the second day A bit of a pipe smell in the shower The suite was on the road side, a bit noisy even with windows closed. Check-in is available only before 9PM, and after this time, an additional 30€ cost is requested.

Tea bags were not replenished, no milk substitute to make tea, the signal/ reception for the TV channels was very poor. First staff member who I was communicating with about our flight being delayed wasn't very helpful in a stressful situation, the staff member who brought the keys to us was more helpful. Apart from this a pleasant time, would stay here again.

Nice apartment, the lady who brought us our keys was helpful and friendly as our flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected. Very good location, lots of places to eat, supermarkets, bank and general stores, also near the Metro, very good location.

The suite was lovely and close to the metro train station. We felt very safe in this area. The host was very kind and helpful. On check in she gave us a map and explained where the attractions were and how to get there. This was very appreciated. The suite was spacious and clean with cleaning service each day. We were able to make breakfast and simple meals in the kitchenette and relax in the evenings in the lounge area. There’s a yummy bakery on the street called Christiani which I highly recommend (look for the blue and white stripped awning) and the pizzeria next door has very yummy vegetarian focaccia among other things. There’s plenty of supermarkets a few minutes walk away.

the smell of air conditioner or the street was sometimes unpleasant but it wasn’t a big deal.

Apartment was exactly as on the photos, roomy and comfortable. Properly cleaned every day. Beds were awesome so all of us could rest after long day of sightseeing. Also receptionist was super nice and helpful with everything I wanted such as help with public transport. I’d recommend staying here for everyone!

Unfortunately we had to move rooms as the air-con was unsatisfactory for us in 37 degree Rome heat. The new room (9) was better but the air-con was old and very noisy. We managed to work things though by borrowing a fan (surprisingly none available at reception) from our son. The extractor fan in the bathroom was also very noisy.

As my son lives in the same area, the location for me could not have been better. I think this is my 3rd or 4th stay. Check in was efficient and friendly. Good sized room. Most mod-cons, comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe with lots of hangars (so rare these days!). Internet was good and the kitchenette was useful. Shower was good if a little slow. Clean and tidy
