This is a comfortable hotel in the newer part of town. It’s a long walk down to the old town and the square but the bus is easy to navigate to save you on the way back!

It says on their page on booking that they have an electric vehicles charging station which is not at all the case, they don’t even have their own private garage. In the mini bar an open and half eaten bag of cookies. No soap for the hands, had to ask them to bring it. One towel when we were three. Lots of ants in the room and in the morning we had to shake them off our stuff that had been on the floor. Access to the pool which is actually a wellness centre is 20 euros per person.

The room and standing shower were small. Sauna was not functioning in the spa. However, the manager was able to provide the spa facilities free of charge due to this, which was very nice of them.

Modern, clean, and amazing smelling hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Spa and indoor pool available at extra cost, not free as advertised on booking. Nearby parking is also available on the streets. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting.

This time I felt unpleasant during checkout and surely will not come back here again. After checkout, while I was sitting and waiting for my colleagues to pick me up in the area where I always sat during my previous stay to have my coffee and cigarettes, one of the staff walked up to me and asked me rudely to move to another location, saying smoking was not permitted where I was sitting. I was in the middle of a business chat with my company in the UK. In response, I said that this was my second time here and this was the location I had been advised to smoke in. During the last three days I had been here, no one mentioned that this wasn't a smoking area. She was quite rude and it made me very disappointed. Even though I had to wait another 15 minutes for my colleagues to pick me up, I left the hotel and waited on the road.

The breakfast was a mess even though the food was good. The tables were not cleaned, plates where missing and the staff was busy with something else. Housekeeping did not refill shampoo bottles etc and we ran out of toilet paper.

The receptionist staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were above expectations. The small hotel spa was very cozy and gave of an exclusive feeling. Location is central and quiet. Cute aquarium with cute fish

Unfortunately, the elevator got stuck during our stay, which shook our confidence in using it again. Additionally, the bathroom was somewhat peculiar, featuring a huge bathtub but no shower, and the drain was somehow unopenable. These oddities detracted slightly from our overall comfort, but they were unique aspects of our stay that we'll certainly remember. Parking, especially with larger vehicles, is challenging due to the hotel's location in the old town area. The narrow and winding streets typical of such historical settings can make navigation and finding a suitable parking spot quite difficult.

This hotel is quite interesting, situated in a historical building, and staffed with very friendly and helpful personnel. The location within a historic structure adds to the intrigue and uniqueness of the hotel but also leads to some discomfort and lack of clarity in navigating the premises. Despite these quirks, the character of the place and the attentiveness of the staff make for an intriguing and memorable stay.
