I found on street parking fairly easily but there is no designated car park. I wish we'd had longer to explore Fano. We were driving down to Lecce and on the clock somewhat.

Excellent value for money and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast! Well situated and easy to walk to harbour and ocean front. Despite being in the middle of some refurbishment, everything was clean and comfortable.

Common areas like reception and elevator look and feel very old and not renovated. Breakfast was very basic mainly with items bought from super market.

Room was relatively well renovated, good airco and comfy beds. Crib available for a baby.

If I have to find something, I would say the noise you hear in the staircase when people come back late at night. Walls are thin

Price. It's over, because there's not a lot of options in city like Fano. So i needed to move to Riccione to stay the rest of the week and payed 4 times less in the hotels exactly like this one.

Location, quiet facilities, renewed building, comfortable bed and nice bathroom where you feel like home. Also breakfast was pretty good, its served in restaurant downstairs which i highly recommend as a fish restaurant at lunch or evening.

Our hotel was partly a construction site which wasn't mentioned before the booking. There was scaffolding in front of the window. For the check-in we had to go to another hotel across the street. Nevertheless, it was quiet and we were not disturbed by the constructions.

There is nobody at the hotel, and the door is always open. It did not feel safe at all, and I found it odd that you have to check in at the Augustus next door. The ramp going into the hotel was not in good condition. I had asked for an upgraded room, since the bed in the economy room was very small, and at check-in they assured me we had a classic room, however the room they gave us was the economy room. At least they did not charge us the extra €10. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom, while clean, was tiny. The breakfast, which we paid extra for, was a little sad. They were out of many things by the time we went at 9:00, even though they serve breakfast until 10:00. The maid in the morning had left her things all over the hallway, making it difficult to navigate with suitcases.

Location is perfect, and the coffee at breakfast was good.

Comfy beds, exceptional breakfast with homemade cakes, very close to city center and beach.

Free parking at the front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nowhere in Fano was showing the football, and the manager kindly put the game on in the hotel lounge and even allowed us to eat our dinner there. We were also slightly late in checking out, which should have incurred a 25 euro fee, but the lady on the desk graciously waived this fee. Overall a great hotel managed by even greater people. Thank you!
