We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere really wasn’t anything not to like. It’s an old building with a quirky renovation that benefits from nice terrace area - some people might not like the steps or the staircase
The unique design and all the facilities within the apartment are excellent. The location is perfect as it’s pretty quiet but a short walk from the main central area. Stefano is an excellent host, really helpful and makes you feel welcome.

HungaryWe spent wonderful days in Palermo. The apartment is in a great location, from which attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, with many packing options and a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful, clean, equipped with modern furniture! We loved the terrace with the beautiful plants and the view from the kitchen! You can't dream of a nicer and more helpful host than Stefano. He made recommendations for places to see, eat, and helped find nearby parking.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay last minute so friends of ours stayed at the property instead. Their feedback was extremely positive. When they arrived after a long trip, the host had left a bottle of Sicilian wine and typical Sicilian treats waiting for them. The apartment was very luxurious, clean and in an excellent location close to the centre of Palermo. The external terrace was beautiful. The host was extremely friendly and professional in his dealings with our last minute cancellation and gave us clear instructions on how to amend our booking. I hope to be able to reorganize our trip and stay in this fabulous property on another occasion.

United KingdomNot that I didn’t like, it’s just a reflection: Just one mirror in the bathroom, another one would have been perfect. It is a flat not suitable for bringing your children as the stairs x2 and the loft comes without a secure handrail. Would absolutely stay here again.
The flat is great with a gorgeous terrace. It has everything you need and more. Very easy check-in process and instructions and attentive host. For Sun worshippers: you have Sun at the terrace from around 11am to early evening. (June)
