Shared bathroom, was one room bathroom, which meant if someone was in the shower you could not get into the bathroom until they were done. Additionally I think they could have done a better job cleaning the bathroom, there was blood in the bathroom that was on the sink that got left for a wile. I am not sure how often they cleaned the shared bathroom. Also the main walkway area is completed empty is felt strange. There is no kitchen microwave or refrigerator so be prepared to eat out for every meal. Which may not be a bad thing.

It was very beautiful and had a lot of room comfortable and air conditioned.

At night it was a bit cold and we couldn’t turn on the heating. Also the shared bathroom could use some ammenities, because every time I went to the bathroom I had to bring hand soap and toilet paper from my room.

The property was very central, in walking distance from every attraction. The place was clean, the bed was ok and the hosts were very nice.

As others have mentioned, the shared bathroom was a bit dirty but to be expected when sharing.

The room was in a great location for easy access to all the sights, and the bedroom itself was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Our host was great and responsive with any needs we had.

I think I overpaid the city tax, I think I got charged for two people while I was travelling solo. the one bathroom is shared between 4 rooms if my memory is right and in the morning you are basically waiting by the doors to jump in. not fun. the bathroom itself is also super run down and while it looks clean it isn’t a very nice experience

Everybody was required to take their toilet paper to the toilet, otherwise none was there (hell to you if u forget it... kinda stupid rule... if you leave yours in the bath the others will use yours and you have none left... come on!) and there was only a fan instead of a cooling system (not good). also the lack of daylight was kinda sad... would not really want to go there again.

The walls and doors are not isolated well against various sounds from the other apartments and bathroom, bring earplugs! You'll also appreciate them when the morning bells are ringing.

Spacious room, easy check-in. It's an awesome location for exploring the center, literally everything you wanted to see in Florence is just two streets away from the apartment including the Duomo! A superb choice for tourists with plenty of good restaurants and wine shops in the area.

The long steep walk up.

It was difficult to spend time in the room since there was only a stool. No chair with a back. It wasn't comfortable. The shared bathroom was very basic, much more basic than the room. Not attractive. Shower head kept falling down. You had to take tollet paper, soap, bath mat etc into bathroom each time.

Room was stylish, clean and in a great location. Bed was big and comfortable. I didn't have a problem with noise. Air conditioning worked well.

We didn’t have a SIM card and the wifi wouldn’t connect well outside so it was a hard getting ahold of the owner for them to buzz us through the door. Shared bathroom and at one point the water from the toilet would shoot from the back of the toilet and get the whole floor wet.

It was really close to everything so it was the perfect location, bed was comfy enough and you have a lot of space in your room, just a bit of stairs not too many but still quite a bit if you have a lot of luggage

Shared bath and toilet. The other guests left their dirty towels in the bathroom. There was no mirror in our room, we had to go out to the shared space.

It was in the centrum, close to everything. The contact person helped us on the phone when we needed that.

However, I am not satisfied with the room. The bathroom was shared among the guests of 3 rooms. In addition, there was neither a kettle nor a refrigerator in the room. There was not even a common kitchen.

The location is very good. Close to all major sightseeing spots.

The one thing that bothered us was all the loud noises from outside the building. There was a lot of reconstruction work being done, as well as a lot of people wandering the streets during the night. The noise never stopped, so bring earplugs. Also, the property was a bit hard to find, so be patient!
