Everything was ok! The room is like in pictures. Maybe very noisy if there is more people on the other room. Furniture a little bit old. There is one room with kitchen stuff, and the toilet was only for us, so that’s nice

In the shared bathroom the toilet did not flush properly unless one adjusted manually stg at the tank before every flush. It was quite inconvenient. (At least we were the only room who used that while we stayed there so we didn't have to share it with others.) However the room was renewed the furnitures were worn.

The staff was kind and helpful. The WIFI and TV was good. Overall the room and the shared bathroom was clean. There hairdryer in the shared bathroom was quite effective.

The area is a bit dodgy near the station. The apartment was away from reception about a few meters down the road. Very small shared bathroom

It was ok for a night. Good internet connection and close to the station. We stayed there as we needed to catch the airport bus early morning. It was a 3 mins walk to Termini station. The room was fairly clean and very spacious.

The check out wasn’t that good. We needed to check out pretty early but the reception opened only at 9 am, so we needed to wait. Later on we understood that you can leave the keys in the room as an check out.

The inner garden was great and the balcony was really nice too. The registration and check in was nice and easy.

The staff was very friendly, they checked on us multiple times for our arrival time. Although the close reception at midnight - they waited 2h for us to arrive at the location. Thank you so much for this !

There was a hole in our door to the room covered with paper stuck over. The walls were dirty and in need of a paint. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The lift was tiny (it was a good job we are small) but walking up 5 flights of steep stairs in the Rome summer heat was less desirable than squeezing in the shoebox lift. The entrance door to the x3 rooms had a dodgy lock and if you turn it the wrong way dead-locks it. We were stood in the middle of the night trying to get in when some girls from the other room kindly got up and opened it for us otherwise we would have been stuck. Reception to get in the building is on the same street but about 150m away for another hotel, which isn't very clear on the small sign on the actual building. There was building work going on next door, which started drilling and making a lot of noise from before 7am each morning. We understand it needs doing but it woke us up and there was no getting back to sleep once it began. It sounds like we had an awful time but it was not terrible, somewhere to lay our head and perfect location.

Superb location for sightseeing around Rome. Buildings come through a beautiful archway into an indoor garden terrace central to the 3 large buildings. Facilities; air con, TV, fridge all were new and in good working order.

Pillows a bit flat. No coffee facilities.

Was close to the train station & walkable to most sights though a good walk. The room was large. Bed ok. Small TV. Has a lift up to room. Ok for a few nights for the price.
