No Refrigerator and the breakfast is the same everyday, not unlimited coffee

The fan in the room was not that fast. Luckily the weather changed and temperature dropped so we managed to sleep otherwise I think could have been hard to sleep. There was no AC also later I saw it was mentioned in the room description , no AC, but I assumed that should be an AC in each room.

Very nice staff very friendly. Good breakfast . Good location. Free bikes if you want to go on cycle.

Maybe a small fridge in the room would be great especially for families traveling with kids :)

Laetizia and her sister were great hosts. Breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee and the delicious homemade cakes. Hotel is very clean, room was a bit small but comfy and an AC is available. Location is great, less than 500m to the beach, close to the Metromare if you want to visit Rimini and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back next summer :) Grazie !

I just think it would be great if you will place little fridges in rooms, we needed it to keep some water and snacks cooled for a child.

Hosts of the place are very friendly and helpful! Staing in Daniela was very positive, the location is super close to the sea (both free and private beaches). Also the hotel is very close to Metromare station (couple of stops from airport, very convenient!). The room was cleaned everyday by very friendly personnel, thank you very much!

we have been there for 7 nights and they never changed our beds sheets, the room has no table (but this probably because the room was really small and has little to no space for that), the bad was extremely hard for me.

best location, close to the beach. very kind and nice workers. the beach that was so beautiful, was very clean and and the people that work there were so wonderful.

The internet is weak, but if you are there for rest - it's enough. Also I took personally lack of loyalty when asked for half an hour + in the room to check out and finish the work online meeting, but got the refuse. Besides, we spent more than a week there and that was quite unfriendly.

Everything was ok, quiet place, good breakfast, close to the beach, cheap parking near the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the sea, there’s a free beach nearby, and a parking spot is available. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. Everything we needed was provided. The breakfasts were good, with delicious juice and coffee. The hostess was very friendly — well done! We’re very satisfied!

It is a beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations. Great and very friendly staff, parking right next to the hotel. A few minutes to the sea. There is a restaurant next to the hotel with delicious food. We would like to come back here.

Breakfast was under any decent limit. The same salami slices every day, only few boiled eggs not enough for all the tourists and the same old cakes every day. We are very disappointed about this breakfast.

The breakfast was poor in choice but there were different types of delicious cakes, and there were no daily change for the Towels.

The hotel was close to the beach, only 2 minutes walk. The Staff was very kind and friendly and helped us in finding a good places to go to in Rimini. The room was nice, clean and it had an Air conditioner, TV, and a small balcony, and there were also a free bicycles.
