The rooms are very basic, and as there was construction going on, the window in the bedroom was boarded up so no natural light.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. It was a short walk into the town centre.

Walls were very thin so was quite noisy at times. Sheets felt a little damp when I arrived, but I’d rather have clean sheets than dirty ones.

The facility is relatively old, but clean. It is a shared space and it is mentioned in the description. One guest was awake at 5 am speaking loudly to someone else. I guess this depends on the people you share the property with.

The location is amazing. 5 min easy walk to the train station. Very close to the north gate of the city, and independence street. The bed was super comfortable. Silvano is a great host and welcoming. I changed my mind in the morning and requested coffee in the facility and he was great, he brought us coffee, milk, biscuits and Cornett.

It was comfortable and clean with a good location...just a bit expensive as it's only a basic room ( no fridge, no tv, no coffee maker) for such a dated place.

All was good. May be it was even better that there was to TV in the room, we did not miss it. May be it would be nice to have a refgrigerator for some visitors. We were Ok, but may be somebody would want it. For the price it was all great and convenient.

The name of the accommodation is not consistent (various combinations with the name Silvano, from the door entrance, to the place and booking.com listing) and there was an extra step where I had to check with booking.com and the hotel owner since he wanted me to pay him independently due to a tech issue.

Very clean (the bathrooms look like it was cleaned after every person had gone in), and the hotel owner was accommodating.

It was noisy and I was woken up in the night from sounds from the street which are out of your control during your stay. I recommend bringing ear plugs or playing white noise from your phone.

Silvano was so kind and informative upon arrival and throughout the stay. The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the warm, dimmable lighting! The entire place was kept very clean and felt secure and safe. It was nice to have extra pillows, blankets, and towels in the room as well. Aesthetically, the place was cute and I enjoyed the overall energy there. A very convenient location to the central station.

The gentleman running the place was very kind and helpful. The room was sparsely outfitted but definitely clean. So were the shared bathrooms. The kind gentleman delivered the breakfast punctually at the agreed time. The coffee was excellent.

There's nothing I don't like. I'm ok without a/c or TV but some might need these so just note it.

Location was good, connects well to other cities or towns by train, not far from city centre. I was riding a bicycle to get around the city, one can park right in front of the apartment or bring into room if you prefer. The room/apartment was very clean, feels very safe and secure, these two aspects are very crucial to me. Bed was clean. Last but not least, Silvano the host was also a very very kind gentleman. Made my stay in Bologna wonderful! Daily breakfast brought to the room was a sweet touch!

It was very noisy outside but it was too hot to close the window in June because there was no air conditioning in the single room, and there was no mosquito net so I feared mosquitoes would enter. There were no mosquitoes during the night I was there but it was very noisy outside due to car horns and it was very hot so I woke up a few times at night.

Staff was really nice and gave me juice and breakfast for the following day because I was leaving early. The room was clean. There was a fan in the room but no aircon unfortunately.

I've only stayed for one night and had to leave early for the airport (it's the perfect location, just few steps from the train station), for such a stay I was very satisfied. The owner is very nice, he greeted me and explained everything. There are two shared bathrooms, both were clean and comfortable.
