Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe hotel does not offer a breakfast option until May and it was not reported in the website. The rooms which face the road can be noisy (though in the time we went traffic was very low, so all good), but you better ask for a room in the back.
Hotel Renato is a good value for money accommodation option in Albinia. The facilities are outdated, though clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant down stairs which has a wide menu for both lunch and dinner. It is right next to the road, easy to access. Staff is very friendly.

Renato and his wife are so friendly. The room was super clean and the bathroom was spacious. Like I read in reviews, the restaurant is wonderful and convenient. I brought my little dog and we enjoyed walking down a pedestrian/bike path right near the hotel. Highly recommend Hotel da Renato. It’s great value at a reasonable price. Also appreciated its close proximity to Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole.

South AfricaCommunicating with the manager/owner was a bit problematic as he doesn't speak English, but we quickly found our way with a translator app.
Humble, family operated facility. We had an authentic dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was also very pleasant and well priced. The room was clean & practical, just enough for a stopover stay. Do not expect anything other than what is on the photo's, it looks exactly like the pics you see.

ItalyI had a room with a gorgeous view of the sea and country side. The sunset view :) The ceilings are so high and my room was very large. The staff(owners?) were very welcoming and warm. You must eat at the restaurant downstairs. It really is a hidden gem. I didn't expect to have such high quality food (maybe it is common in Italy though).
