It was rather our expectations (based on the other comments here) that were off. We were hoping for a quiet and calm setting but ended up in a busy and lively action centre. Literally had and amusement park right next to the parking lot and groupes of people enjoying themselves everywhere. If that's what you are looking for, then this is the place for you! The only thing that was objectivly off was the waiter who served us wine. Bought a nice bottle of wine, first he had trouble opening the bottle, the poured one of our glasses almost full. Never had that in Italy before. Had to physically stop him from doing the same for the other glass. A minor detail and easely fixed by management.

The pizza at the restaurant was actually really good and the location was right beside the lake with simple and comfortable parking. The room was quite small but clean and had a nice view.

- The breakfast was so so. - It was really confusing because there is no sign for the reception/b&b. We parked the car and the only entrence was the one for the restaurant.. and I asked one of the waiters (outside on the terrase) where the reception was and he didnt tell me just go in the restaurant, but sad: the second door on the left (maybe I didnt understand him correct or maybe it was a joke to him)..so we went pass the restaurant door and could not understand where to go..it was raining + it was cold and with the luggage in hands we were a little annoid..

The breakfast was great ! But because we don't eat almost no whitebread , brownbread are very welcome .

This place is stunning, located on the shores of Lago Di Ledro the location couldn't have been more perfect! The place feels so new and clean. Adriana and Franco's welcome was warm and hospitable and the breakfast outstanding!

The hotel was beautifully situated very near the wonderful Lago Di Ledro, within 2-minute walking distance from the water. The hotel room was freshly renovated and its design was truly superior, with stylish solid wood elements like wardrobe, desk etc. and modern decorations and accessories. The king-size bed was very comfortable, sheets very soft and smelling very nice. The loft-style bathroom very modern and clean. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Food in the restaurant was excellent and prices affordable. Coffee during breakfast delicious and the breakfast very good, with a selection of local products like juices and joghurts, everything nicely served in the cosy part of the restaurant.

It was hard to find the Hotel, because there is no sigh with the name of the hotel on the actual hotel.

Rooms are fairly small, perfect for an overnight stay but not an apartment od course.

On the lakeside, easy to park, very friendly owners. Stylish, modern and clean rooms. Bathroom with big shower was luxorious. Kitchen of theor restaurant is excellent.
