A little renovation At the walls

It was clean, the bed is king size. It is close to the city centre and the railway station! You have a coffee machine and water! Downstairs very close to the location there are 2 bars with excellent croissants, coffee and a supermarket! You are sharing the bathroom with another room, but it was ok

2xshared baths with multiple rooms. Beds were kind of hard. Breakfast was snacks put out.

Very good service , the rooms agreed early to change the check in time which was very convenient. The room was clean and the lady that helped us check in was very nice. The location is close to the center you just have to walk 5 minutes. Overall I would recommend to stay there.

The owner is a really sweet lady and was so kind to do the check in at a really late time! Everything was as we expected it and we really liked the location as it was close to the city center We would book again! :)

This is the second time I choose this place. Excellent location. Very clean. The host is very kind and friendly. Nearby is the best ice cream you've ever had, Gelateria La Romana Excellent value for money. We would definitely choose this place for our next trip.

Lock on bedroom door was a little tricky but once you managed it, it was perfect.

Very helpful lady who let me check in early. Lovely big room with lovely clean bathroom right outside the door.

The bed and pillows were not comfy, the ceiling fan didn’t work and our room was very hot and the door to our room was hard to unlock.

It was a great location, the staff provided snacks and the bathroom was very nice.

We stayed there in July, and the temperature outside was very high of course, but it was even hotter inside the apartment, as there was no way to air the apartment. On the website it says that there is an air conditioner, but it's not an propper AC, it's a ventilator inside the rooms, and no ventilation in the bathrooms or the hall. Also there's nothing like hooks or something where you can hang jackets/wet clothes, and in the bathroom no shelves to store your bathroom stuff. The condition of the apartment and the interior was quite cheap.

The staff was really nice and the bed was comfy.

Smell of tobacco in the room. The wifi never worked. The TV had a lot of interruptions. The owner promptly said she was going to send the receipt but she never did it despite of repeated requests.

It would of been nice to of met the host upon check in as a time was requested when we were to arrive, and to explain things in the house or to see the host during the stay even if for a brief moment.

The cleanliness of the place was great. The location to the train station and centre was all close. The host responded when reached. I recommend this guest house to future travelers.

Everything was OK

Very good and helpful hosts. The place is very clean. Shared bathroom is no problem. It is not far from the main attractions. It is close to a train station and a bus station. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. On the corner of the street is the best gelateria, which I highly recommend.

The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It is near impossible to cool down on the hot summer nights! There was a ceiling fan in the room. Not the hosts fault, but other guests can be quite noisy, especially late at night. We couldn’t seem to connect to the internet, but we just watched Italian TV instead.

We enjoyed a quick two night stay in Verona. We booked last minute and the accommodation was exactly as described. Easy communication & check in. The room is very basic but all we needed. The shared bathrooms were clean and again had everything you would expect and need. Over all, a pleasant stay.

The service was really nice. Shared bathrooms were clean. Another good thing is location- it is close to the touristic centre, you can easily get there without using bus but still it’s calm and quiet area. It’s also dog friendly place to stay
