A very low ceiling in some part of the apartment -be ware

A spacious apartment with a great balcony with a beautifull view over the city. The directions for the check-in was easy. Nice bathroom. The balcony had a canopy you can roll out for cover for the sun. All in all a great stay

It was too hot during our stay and the apartment being at the rooftop was getting all the heat from the roof, hence the AC couldn’t cool down much but it was better than not having one! Also be careful while walking around if you’re tall especially in the bathroom to not hit your head

The balcony and the view were the best part. The apartment was equipped with all you need, even washing machine. The location is very near walking distance to the main city centre square. It was easy to find and to get the keys, very clear instructions. The building also was very clean. Overall great experience!

Although the radiators were hot, the room was still cold in the morning, the floor was too cold to walk on. This is about December. Everything else was very good.

A very beautiful room, a soft bed, the kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The balcony has a superb and beautiful view, especially in the morning and evening. Valentina the host is very friendly.

A pleasant accommodation, very comfortable bed, clean accommodation, modernly furnished, beautiful terrace, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and admiring Bergamo. The accommodation is very close to the train station, really Nice. As cons, it is located in a bit of a disturbing area, with people who are not white and who throw chairs and make noise until late at night, who fight for various reasons, I do not recommend to go there at night, they are a Little bit crazy, and they are a lot, I didn't see them being pacifists

I honestly can’t think of anything. Maybe ensure that customers know that there is one flight of stairs after you get off the elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be an accessibility concern for someone else.

This property has a fantastic location, right around the corner from the train station, walking distance to the Citta Alta and city centre. It is a secure building with elevator access. Lovely terrace with a great view. Apartment was more spacious than I expected with a kitchen and sitting area as well as the terrace. We were there for six days and on the 3rd day we had housekeeping service which was unexpected and very appreciated! It also had washer and dryer which was a huge bonus! The host, Valentina, was prompt in her responses and very pleasant. The value for this apartment rental is superb. Highly recommend it! Would definitely go back!

The biggest complement I can give is we felt so relaxed and at home here. Our Boys loved their stay. The terrace is wonderful, gives extra space and fantastic views towards Città Alta. Having a bottle of prosecco and playing cards sat out there was a taste of dolce vita. Beds are the most comfortable I've ever found in holiday accommodation. We slept like babies. The apartment is well laid out, equipped and located. Minutes to the train station and a very nice walk to the funicular for Città Alta, with lots of restaurants, bars, etc near by. The hosts were really good with communication and felt if we needed anything they would help. We would recommend here and stay again.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very well equipped with light, modern decor. Exceptional terrace with far reaching views around Bergamo, including the Citta Alta about 20 minutes walk away. Very comfortable bed with fresh linen. As it's a loft, the ceilings are quite low in places especially by the patio doors. We managed due to our height- 5ft 8 tallest. Only thing that made it a 9 rather than a 10. Access was easy for us as two fit 67 year olds. Lift to sixth floor then one set of stairs up to the loft. Very quiet stay and would book again.

I liked the location of the flat because it’s very close to the train station; easy to walk with luggage. It was very clean. Plenty of places to sit - sofa, dining table, terrace. Plenty of place for clothes. Bed was comfortable. Quiet enough at night for me to sleep with the terrace door open. It seemed to have everything you needed in the kitchen - I only used the water boiler. Bathroom was big with plenty of hot water. As it is a loft (which I find charming), it of course has sloped ceilings, but you get used to it (and I’m not very tall….). The terrace was fantastic - big and high up so had a good view. Easy self check-in/ check-out. Very good contact with owner/manager.

The apartment was ideally located just 3 mins walk from the train station and stop for the Bergamo airport bus shuttle. The host left very clear instructions to getting into the apartment which was securely gated and on the top floor. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor balcony and terrace was an added bonus and offered an amazing view of the old town Citta Alta. We were able to enjoy meals outside as there was an adjustable awning for shade. The apartment also had air conditioning which was perfect for warm afternoons. Valentina was quick to respond to queries and was helpful in giving advice regarding airport shuttles and food recommendations to suit our dietary needs. Would not hesitate to rebook and recommend others!

The property is situated in a street with social problems. Whilst we experienced no direct threat we found it intimidating. The low ceiling in the apartment was uncomfortable.

The property was conveniently close to the train station. Our apartment was on the top floor with a balcony terrace. From the terrace and small bathroom windows there are postcard views of Bergamo

Where do I start! Firstly the neighbourhood felt very unsafe at night (we arrived late on an evening with our young son) there were addicts hanging around all areas near the train station and around the apartment entrance (shouting and harassing as you walked by as mentioned by previous reviewers) the outside locked entrance gate only opens if you ring a number but if you don't have cell reception like us you're stuck on the street. We had to find signal to call the host to let us in. Then once we got into the apartment it had a massive problem with ants everywhere , they were coming through cracks in the walls and had filled the apartment (we killed hundreds of them and were still finding them!) all inside cupboards in the kitchen and on the beds too. We let the host know and they ignored our msg, not even an apology! They just asked for more proof (even after I'd sent clear videos of the ant problem). The Aircon was terrible and the loft does get comfortably hot. I would never ever recommend this place- I've never had an experience this bad from a stay on booking.com- be aware.

We knew from the description and reviews that it was built into an attic and had low ceilings however it wasn’t until we were in the apartment that we realised just how low they were and we walked about hunched over to avoid hitting our heads. Bathroom was very tricky due to ceilings and showers cubicle was very tiny.

Property is very convenient for train station, bus depot and downtown shopping and restaurants. It was clean, and has everything we requested. Rooftop terrace has great views, especially at sunset. Communication with owner was excellent. Apartment very secure.
