Getting through the front door was little tricky with the phone call required, had a bit of difficulty because of my UK network, but not major if you have phone with roaming and we got in anyway by being buzzed in. So no biggy.

Booked this last minute due to a flight cancellation. Room was clean comfy and spacious. Good location near the train station for public transport options. Good air con.

It seems to me that the neighbourhood is not the safest after dark, so it's worth being careful.

The location is good for moving between the station and the center. Everything is close and very accessible.

The bed itself could be a bit longer. Was a bit short (my height 182cm) but enough wide for couple to sleep. And I do not like "spring" beds as they squeek every time you turn :)) In other ways I slept good. I would make a law in Italy "Wine opener must be in any apartment". So be prepared with one.

Perfect place if you want to be close to possibility quickly and easy to left Bergamo city to Airport and in the same time close to bus stop which can bring you to Old Town (must visit) or Airport in 15 min. And train station is in 5 min. walk. Good cafes for breakfast in 5min. walk. Apartment itself is as one bedroom flat without kitchen area but nice with table and two chairs on balcony with "wine glass view".

Localization is great for anyone who travels by train or has a morning flight (takes 15 min by bus to reach the airport). Nice and clean room (a little loud because of airplanes)

The location is dangerous. There are some strange homeless people that approached us in front of the block door. Wouldn’t recommend going out in the night. The apartment is not isolated, so you hear all the noises from the neighbors and from outside, including loud music.

There was a mix up with the keys. I got lucky that the people staying in the room next to mine just so happened to get there at the EXACT same time or else I would have been locked out. The TV remote did not work, it was a different brand than the TV. A bit noisy due to being on a main road. Neighborhood at night does not seem safe. Many many people loitering about. I saw someone steal someone else’s phone and get chased down by a few people a block from the room. I would not let any of the loved women in my life come to this place alone at night. I was also followed from the station all the way to the door and when I stepped in to call the host, the person looked at me and turned around. So…. Just keep your eyes open if you come at night. Overall, it was a 1 night stay so nothing too much to complain about. Maybe I came on a bad night.

Super close to the station. You can literally see the station from the balcony. The room was nice, comfy bed and great bathroom. Everything was clean. There was even tea and water. Host helped me when I needed help. Building seems secure in comparison to the neighborhood.

Around the location there are some homeless people which might be a bit weird but I was felt safe. You need to pay attention to the indications from the owner to identify it
