EVERYTHING! This old property is so charming that I wanted to move in! The staff was amazing and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.It was clean and modernized where needed but with all its preserved parts I felt like I had been transported back in time!

I liked everything about the hotel

The hotel was fantastic and old, 16th century, but the facilities were up to date. The room I had was spacious with excellent facilities. Bathroom was great and the shower was very good. The staff were very happy to help and looked after me. The breakfast was very good and the room in which it was set with a vaulted stone ceiling was amazing

On this....a matter of difference of opinion...the juicer. I don't think it is good practice for members of the public to handle this...chop up their own fruit etc and use the juicer. Are these hands clean enough for the next person to use the kit?? In my opinion, unlikely. People who handle food have to pass food hygiene standard exams. Only the staff should touch the cutting board, handle of the knife and juicer. Delicious juice though...our choice apple, orange and ginger made for us by the lady on duty.

What a wonderful place. Great vibe, intriguing history, soothing aesthetics, fine philosophy. Smart, comfortable and well run.

The beds were a bit too hard for our taste. Unfortunately the people in the room above us were moving furniture around late at night which was quite annoying.

Close to center of the town, eco hotel. Very clean, room offered all needful. Great service, wonderful breakfast where you could make your own juice out of the offered vegetables and fruits. They were very kind at the checkout as I thought the booking was already prepaid, which was not the case. They handled it perfectly, without making me feel uncomfortable! Grazie for that! Would definitely stay again!

The bed was very firm and the pillows pretty flat.

The breakfast was incredible—everything local and homemade, top quality. Best breakfast of our trip! The staff was kind and helpful and kept our bags for us while we explored the next day. The property is immaculate and very charming. Beautiful mix of old and new.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Woke up in the middle of the night since it was horrible; today our necks and backs hurt… Mattress is as hard as a rock and the pillows are very very thin!

It’s a very cute hotel, we loved the location and the building is gorgeous. People were nice and the breakfast was very good! The room was super clean and we liked it very much. Very convenient to arrive from Milano and take the Bernina express, which is super close.
