Everything, the beds are unbelievably comfy, the bathroom is very clean and modern, the TVs are very good, the little balcony is very cute aswell. This room and staff are incredible.

We had an amazing stay at Cuma Suites. The room was big and nice, very clean, quiet, with comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic! Reception lady Karla was very nice and friendly🌸 Recommend this place 100%!

Fantastic place to stay, very clean overal. The beds were great. You can order a very delicious, free breakfast that will be brought to your room between 8AM-9AM. The accommodation is located near the metro station and pretty close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine hill. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We spent a wonderful week at Cuma Suites in early July. Even though we checked in late at night, the self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, they were sent right after booking, which made everything stress-free. We did the official check-in the next morning and it was quick and smooth. Our room (with a balcony) was bright, clean, and just the right size. The bed was very comfortable, and in early July, the terrace had shade until about 9:30 AM, which made it a perfect spot for breakfast. The room came with additional stuff like toiletries, extra glasses and mugs, slippers, a coffee machine with plenty of capsules, and a minibar stocked with soft drinks and water (which was replenished daily). The AC worked great, which was a big plus in the July summer heat. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts. Each evening we could select what we wanted and when we wanted it delivered. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious - all types of cornetti and fruit yogurts, fruit salad, café latte, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. The room was spotless, with fresh towels provided during each cleaning. The location is also great—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with a shady street that makes the walk pleasant even in the heat. There's also a bus line nearby that goes straight to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. The area felt lively by day and quiet at night, with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, fruit store, pharmacy, and ATMs just a street away. We’d happily recommend Cuma Suites to couples and solo travelers. We’re already planning our next trip to Rome, and would gladly stay here again!

Literally everything was perfect.

Oh where to start, the room was beautiful, very clean, we loved every piece of it. Bathroom was perfect, we had everything we needed. Location is very good too. And breakfast, oh my god how delicious it was! Truly unforgetable experience, highly, highly recommended. And of course, the friendliness of the reception, truly beyond what we ever experienced! Thank you for being so nice!

Only downside is that for a lot of destinations we needed to take the bus, so as night we had to return a bit early. The metro is still an option though for other areas.

The staff was so lovely!! And the breakfast included had a big variety, and the balcony was so cute. We felt safe in the neighborhood as well.

The room was clean overall, but there were some stains on the sheets that hadn't been washed well.

Cozy room and comfortable bed, we were able to rest well after exploring the city all day. The location is convenient - there is a metro station nearby, a tram and bus stations and also shops and restaurants. It's really nice that the breakfast is included and there are several options you can choose from - all very delicious!

The flat is close to the metro, line A, which we used all the time. The closest attraction is the Colosseum. There are a few shops and cafés in the neighbourhood. We really liked the location. The hosts are very nice!!! The breakfast was also good and included in the price of the flat. The staff cleaned our room every day so it was always clean when we came back. I can really recommend this flat for a stay in Rome. We will definitely be back if life takes us to Rome again ☺️🇮🇹

We liked everything and there wasn't anything we did not like. It was all great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was alway very nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to get away from the crowds but still have an easy time using the Metro, buses and trams to get around easily. There is also a taxi stand nearby. There were plenty of great restaurants within minutes of walking. Maricar & Karla were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back again and recommend Cuma Suites. We would rate it an 11.

The key to the door was a little wonky but it worked, just took a lot of turning.

Daily breakfast was incredible. The room was spotless every time we came back from an excursion. The care and attention to everything was exceptional. We are grateful to our wonderful hosts, Maricar & Karla. You wouldn't ask for better.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The property was lovely as were the staff. It was exactly as pictured and incredibly clean. The property is located less than 5 minutes from the Metros A line allowing easy access to the city centre. The breakfast included was great and the complementary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome! Incredibly pleased
