The size of the shower is extremely small- it is not wide enough for an adult person. Parking area is too small and challenging to get in and out with the car.

The breakfast was excellent, staff is kind and helpful, the location is perfect.

On site Parking is limited to only a few places, not clearly defined in description. I was eventually able to park on street a few blocks away. Hotel is very tired and basic. Advertised as a three star so I wasn't expecting much however, I'd class it more as a 2 star. Cleaner changed bed sheets but not towels. In the end decided to cut my stay short and find alternative accommodation elsewhere and was not offered any kind or refund or discount.

Nice hotel close to the beach - barrier-free and accessible. Friendly owners. Quiet area, yet everything is within walking distance - historical center is only 20 minutes away on foot. Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel. Nice outdoor area to relax.

The staff was super, super nice and organized parking for us after a lot of troubles with our car. Nice breakfast and good location (close to grocery stores as well as restaurants and the beach.)

The hallway could be better lit - but otherwise a great hotel to stay in.

A superb hotel right near the Marecchia river outlet and with balcony views of the beach is an excellent spot. My room was decorated in a beach theme with shells and and boat oar on the roof.

Our room 204 was with humidity patches. Not healthy.Cold during the night as air conditioning is not turned on. When we asked it was turned on just for 30-40 minutes. I do not understand the ratings of this hotel, maybe during the summer is ok, however, in my opinion, it needs major work done to it. Will not stay here again if it was for free. I feel sorry for the people runing it because they are super nice but they need to understand you cannot save energy when the clients feel uncomfortable.

The staff are super friendly and only because of them I am giving a 7.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and also to the bus station. The room had a wonderful view to the sea and the personal was kind and receptive to our requests.

The cleaning service could have been better, but it could've been because of a language barrier. WiFi coverage in the room wasn't as good.

The breakfast was great. The room's style and decorations were very unique, but very related to what you can see outside by the beach and the staff and owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful sea view from the balcony. The place is not very far from the Rimini center. It was also great that we could leave things after check-out for a few hours.

Nice hotel for a few nights. The double room with partial sea view is small and the bathroom even smaller. It is not for large or disabled people

The breakfast a little bit weak for salty breakfast lovers. For example there was only little alternative for cheese although Italy is famous for cheese. It would ne nice to put a slippers for the usage inside the room.

The location was fine and close to center of lots of requirements. Also walking to the seaside within a few minutes and finding somewhere to eat easily was good for me. I walked to the Hotel from the train station so it was close to the station. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The sea view from my room was also really nice even for an evening stay.

Very small room and bathroom. Breakfast had limited options, wasn't tasty, and was for an additional charge, but there was no mention if the payment required for breakfast anywhere, so we only found out at checkout. We only had breakfast one of the two days we were there. Would not recommend it.

We didn’t even stay one night. The room was not up to standard. It was not as advertised and we would like a full refund as we didn’t even stay one night. We checked in and checked out two hours later.

An immaculate, family-owned and run hotel on the seafront in Rimini. Quiet, well-presented room with all amenities and sizeable balcony overlooking the beach and its maritime activities. Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. Excellent breakfast with a variety of food and the best cappuccinos. All this made for a great three day stay in a lovely location as we researched and explored our NZ family connection to Rimini in WWII.
