The bed wasn’t comfy enough; there was a smell of someone smoking in the hotel at one point; and bad smell from the drainage at another

The location near the station is very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was decent, even though it lacked some warm courses. Some people mentioned the old furniture—I didn’t experience any problems with that, everything was working properly; the A/C unit was new. Personnel was very friendly and responsive

The hotel could use some renovations but everything worked. I don't know about the air conditioning in the room since there was no remote, but for me there was no need.

Staff was polite and available for any necessity. The position of Hotel "Cristallo" was super confortable, next to the Train Station of Brescia City so very simple to reach in any directions you come from. The communication was clear and understandable.

The room was not so clean, the noises from the hallway are almost non-stop, the breakfast meh and the area really doesn't feel safe. I really don't know how this hotel has 3 stars.

The staff were really lovely and the hotel was super close to the train station. Was a great place for a solo traveller like I was. I especially liked the breakfast.

I found the room very hot despite the air conditioning and the bed was not very comfortable.

. The staff were very friendly and helpful., housekeeping everyday we were there. Great transport links and plenty of shops nearby.Small en-suite but it was also clean and plenty of fresh towels.

Rooms and bathroom were a but outdated but fine in use. Around the train station might feel a bit unsafe but the rest of the city all felt very safe.

Location was very good, service was good, airconditioning was a pleasant surprise, city of Brescia is really nice and a real gem.

At breakfast there were not a lot of choices. The area is near the train station but it is loud and there are a lot of homeless people hanging around the area which I consider not to be very safe, but they were peaceful overall.

the sourrounding is not recommended for women travelling alone. but i expected that near the trainstation

breakfast: typically italian room: small one, but enough bathroom: don't look at the corners. the staff was absolutely polite and very friendly. they also remembered my roomnumber, although they saw me once. i was quite impressioned.

The only thing which was a slight issue was that the television is quite small, and so, its a bt difficult to watch unless you are quite close.

Very close to Stazione FS and the bus station. Easy to find. Large, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. I left early in the morning and the staff provided breakfast even though it was before the usual breakfast time.

Reception is very nice and kind. Hotel right next to the train station and odl city of brescia. The room is relatively large.

It's a very basic hotel. Small room, outdated bathroom. In most hotels (even cheap) there are electric kettles so that you can make yourself sth to drink. Here they don't offer anything. Supersweet breatfast. If you care about healthy lifestyle - that's not a place for you. Low quality sausage, no vegetables, just sweet jams.

Good location - the area was not nice, but very close to the railway station. It's a good place for people who intend to travel around the region by public transport. It's around 1 km from historic part of the city. Good price. 24 h reception.
