The photos online look a bit more appealing than the reality, especially when it comes to the pool, which is located behind the building with a parking lot and a road in between, so it feels less inviting than expected. Still, it served its purpose well for an overnight stay – a simple, average hotel.

Our stay was overall fine – the hotel is good for a short stopover. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Car park could do with some renovation. Mini bar door broke by just opening it. The bathroom has like a building work looking light? Didn’t feel very value. Location was a little in the middle of nowhere, but was fine as we drove.

The hallways and elevators looked kind of dated. The doors are not sound proof and you would hear everything that was going on outside in the hallway, specially very early in the morning. The breakfast run out of pastries and some other things. It took them a bit to refill everything. The coffee machine was not working well.

The swimming pool was great! The area had umbrellas, deckchairs and toilette. The room was big with a massive and comfortable bed. The decoration was modern and with good taste. The bathroom size was okay. Everything was really clean and shampoo/shower gel was provided. Breakfast was good, with various things to chose both savory and sweet. The location was a 10 minute drive to Mantova with is an amazing place to visit. Both the breakfast and reception staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was poor and the presentation not very thoughtful. The selection of savory items very limited and poor in quality. The way the buffet was filled up was not very presentable, cups carried in hands not on trays to be placed out. Toast in is plastic wrapper to be filled up. Cream cheese in its packaging etc.

Smooth and easy check in late at night. Spacious room, dog bowl and mat were in the room. Friendly staff.

lifts were a bit weird and scary esp. for small kids, no gated parking available

room size enough for family of 4 (2 kids), king-size comnfortable bed, however sofa bed was not that comfortable. Basic breakfast, nice staff, coffee/cappuccino maschine could have been better...free parking space front and rear sides, air conditioning worked quite well, good location for ones with own vehicles

Breakfast was just ok, did not feel like a 4 star breakfast, more like 3 stars. Room service was not great, food was cold when we got it. Pool area felt a bit underused as far as sitting area, would be nice with a pool bar or something.

Great big bed, very comfortable. Room was big. Nice pool. Lovely welcome packages (soaps, shower creme etc). Good location and value for money for visiting Mantua if you have a car.

We have booked non smoking room but the room and the bathroom smelt like a chimney. It was most likely used by a heavy smoker before. It was very disturbing and annoying experience.

Whilst the hotel is close to Mantua/Mantova, it's a bit too far to walk (especially when it was very very hot) and public transport ends very early and Taxis are hard to come by... It was easy to drive in but not convenient if you wanted a nice meal/drinks of an evening in the town; however one of the plus points is the nice local restaurants by the hotel.

The hotel looked newly renovated and the pool area was nice, and such a bonus as it was 38 degrees when we were there. Lots of nice restaurants near the hotel, which was a bonus.

It’s a little way out of the beautiful city of Mantova but ok if you have a car

The swimming pool was most welcome and the air conditioner worked well. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. Overall a good stop for two very hot days.
