During early skiing weeks, ski lifts open earlier than the shuttle service is available. So if you want to ski early, you cannot use the shuttle service. The breakfast opening time does not fit early ski weeks either.

Ridiculously expensive dinner. I have had five-course dinner at a similar hotel in Ortisei in Val Gardena in January 2025 for only 30 EURO/per person. We opted to walk to the town center and have dinners there instead of dining in the hotel. Breakfast could have been a little bit more varied.

Shuttle service was excellent, drivers were always ready to take you to the ski slopes/lifts or the town center, or back to the hotel. Nice spa area, pool and sauna were very clean.

Please fix your Wifi, in today’s environment customers need good internet connections, your Wifi is terrible and you can’t work from the hotel when the need arises.

Location and the shuttle bus, the staff were more than accommodating to our requests when my son lost his shoes and ski.poles.

We booked a nice room, but it was just under the restaurant, so there were a lot of step and music noise. We asked for a room change, but we were relocated for a very tiny little room (for a room as big as the first, there were an extra tax🤔)

The wifi in our room was limited

This hotel was next level amazing. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located towards the top of town. They provide two shuttle buses to take you to and from nearby gondolas. We never waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up. They will also drive you to dinner. Although we preferred to walk. Breakfast was sensational and they make coffee to order. There was a wide selection of food on offer. It is the best snow accommodation we have ever stayed in and the ski area was great too. Loved the whole thing.

The view of the first room we were given was towards a wall…luckily the reception was kind enough to change it. The other thing that needs to improve is definitely the restaurant, very far from a 4stars standard, both from a service and most importantly from a quality point of view. The breakfast is good, a lot of variety, but at dinner the food is simply not good.

Everything. This was the best skiing holiday we have ever had. The hotel is so cosy, the staff are all AMAZING. The rooms are simple but beautiful, very alpine cosy. The bathroom is lovely clean and warm. Ottavia was absolutely brilliant at helping us with restaurant bookings and also organised another night for us to stay at their sister hotel when we extended our trip by a day due to amazing snow!! (We wished we could have stayed another night at Cristal Palace however there was no room). The breakfast, omg. It was the best hotel breakfast and service we have ever had. The selection was truly amazing I think I put on about 3kgs lol! The service was amazing, the ambience and the views are unbeatable. The spa is BRILLIANT, so much bigger and nicer than we were expecting. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is a 5 minute walk into town and they have a private shuttle service which will pick you up anywhere within the Madonna ski region - truly amazing!!! It’s All in all I honestly couldn’t recommend more - we cannot wait to come back next year. It’s a cosy alpine treat in a beautiful ski resort with fantastic service.

There was nothing we didn't ike

The room was spacious and well appointed. Importantly it was warm. All the appliances worked and there were no bathroom dramas with shower tap controls. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit salad offering. We didn't use the pool but we had a look at it and it looked very clean and inviting. We really liked the afternoon tea offering at 4pm when for the cost of a drink a huge smorgasbord of food was offered . We overindulged on the superb strudel

Great breakfast and the spa was good. In fact everything was great. I prefer ski in ski out hotels so was a bit concerned but the hotel free mini bus shuttle was fantastic, you just call them and they come and pick you up normally in a few minutes.

Room could have been better sound proofed, fortunately guests were very civilized and we had no trouble falling asleep.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Shuttle to and from slopes was always one call away. Bartender knows his craft! The SPA area was very clean, comfortable and not crowded. Very tasty breakfasts, with fantastic panorama of Madonna di Campiglio. 10 minutes walk from the center of the village.
