Czech RepublicThe room was very noise. Wether it’s sea oriented across the street or it’s garden oriented. Right behind a garden there is a railway. The train passes by very frequently also during the night. It’s impossible to sleep with open window due for the noise. The fridge is old and noisy. No glasses in the room and stuff speaks very little English.

United KingdomThere were a few niggles but nothing that you can't live with. The mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me - but my wife thought it was fine. The shower didn't drain very well and it was fiddly to get hot water but we managed eventually. Parking at the back of the hotel was sometimes difficult but there was extra parking directly in front.
Great location, directly opposite the beach. Less than 10 miles from the airport, so easy to get to. Room was large enough and generally comfortable. A large balcony gave a very good view of the sea. Clean, modern bathroom with bidet. Air conditioning in the room was powerful! The restaurant had very good prices. The food was excellent - the sea food was fresh and tasty. The included breakfast was great, with a wide range of foods, including ham/cheese, croissant, cake, juice, scrambled egg and more. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. I speak a little Italian so was able to communicate but my wife also managed to make herself understood easily. The best compliment I can give is that if I go to Falerna again, I will almost certainly stay here. In terms of value for money, it's outstanding.
