We loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing , the staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the view & location is unbeatable. We sat on the balcony and drank champagne and went between the amazing pool & beach.

Little bit noisy at night time for a while , not long if room had sea view , port for boats right below as well so busy in mornings .

The team at the pool were not very efficient for a five star hotel. They tended to not come round asking if people wanted drinks. Although they did bring them when you got up and ordered them yourself.

We dined midway on the terrace, the food was pretty poor to say the least.

Our room with a terrace was superb, very comfortable with sun loungers table & chairs overlooking the harbor. Breakfast was brilliant, staff service, food, fresh drinks spot on!! The staff were also Spot on!! So tentative & friendly, they all deserve a medal, Especially the head waiter & the afternoon receptionist!!

Loved everything.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is right on the beach with stunning views; in the middle of the action in Positano, so it was nice to walk in and out of our room all day. It is a bit pricey, but you do get quality worth for your money. The breakfast included was also amazing (they have seriously anything you might want). We recommend this hotel and would come back for sure. We were a group of 5 with 10 luggage (yes we totally overpacked), but the hotel took care of transporting the luggage at our taxi pick up location (at a fee of course), because the struggle is real to move luggage up and down the stairs in Positano.

The location is incredible with uninterrupted views of the ocean, beach and the village. There are very few steps to climb with suitcases and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Finally it is just a beautiful, tasteful hotel and the breakfast on offer each morning was delicious and varied. We will be back 😊

The fixtures are a bit dated and could be modernised. But that is a minor issue.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They had one of the best breakfasts I have seen. Our room was large and clean, with everything we needed. The pool was a great relief after all the walking. The location is superb, right next the harbour, yhe shops and restaurants. Noise was not an issue for us, with the balcony having double-glazed doors, keeping things quiet.

Location was awesome. Close to beach, ferry port and shopping. Staff was super friendly. Really liked that the infinity pool was heated so we could use it when the sea was still cold.
