The room was very quirky. Large bedroom. Automatic blinds on the windows. Be warned it is near a very busy intersection near the port. Could be a bit noisy at times. Did enjoy a great meal . Places to eat in the back lane behind the accommodation. Was able to walk from the port to the accommodation.

The drain in both the sink and the shower was so bad water would overflow or not drain, making it really hard (and disgusting) to use. The main entrance is quite hard to find and no one had told us how to get in; there are no signs or indications either. The bed was not the best, although not too bad either.

The place was clean and well located, and despite the good location it was not too loud in the night. The blinds and the AC made the room quite pleasant. The place was spacious too.

There was a hard water issue we battled for a couple of days, but the team was very responsive and quickly took care of the issues, even on a weekend. It may take some time, but showerhead maintenance could really improve the bathing experiences and it's one of the pictures and selling points.

The location next to the port, metro, and places within walking distance is exceptional. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, and met our every need. Staff was extremely helpful.and responsive, even letting us store our luggage before and after about arrival times. Great food near by...the La Lazzara restaurant behind the building is wonderful.

I wouldn't say I liked the shower, specifically the shower door. A lot of water leaked out, soaking the entire floor. It was uncomfortable, but when you're on vacation, you don't really mind.

The location was excellent, and from the outside, you wouldn't guess how nice the room is inside. Excellent studio, new, well-suited for the purpose, and well-equipped.

To me the serious issue is water from the shower area is easy to leak over to outside, so you need to find some clothes to absorb the leaked water from the bathroom. The surrounding location is quite busy, therefore it would be better to turn on A/C, unless you get disturb from a very loud noisy from the street and restaurant, including mosquito.

The location is great. It nears to Metro and many restaurants. The equipment and interior are great, including refrigerator and the coffee machine. The staff is friendly and give us informative info.

Some of the cafe did not have prices so they charge whatever they please. Make sure you find a place where there is prices visible before paying for food or drinks.

The most important is that the mattress needs to be changed, as it has depression (avvallamento) on the right side. Also, the building is a business/residential building with no sign of Covo degli Angoini apartments, neither outside by the gate nor inside in the interior lobby, so you have to call them, but they are not on whats up (recommendation: they should be, not to incure roaming costs to foreign guests). Be prepared to have several coins of 10 cents as the elevators work if you insert it. Our studio was on the 3rd floor, and we knew where was the entrance gate of the building (big and the only door between bar "Cola" on the right and Exchange office on the left, but the others may not know it without some sign, so one has to make a phone call. But once you are in the apartment, it is fine.

These are very nice apartments, obviously decorated by a professional interior designer, so everyone can find one according to his taste. We were in "Capri" standard studio, which has kitchen, sitting area, sleeping area and bathroom, with nice lights and photos on the walls, so it gives a feeling of being at home. Also there is complimentary water and coffee. There is a French window from which you can see Vesuvio if you lean to the right side. The price is decent. The location of the building is very convenient, it is the first building on the right side of Piazza Municipio when you look from Alibus station or the port Beverello, there is the metro stop in front of it and the city center is nearby.

It can be a bit difficult to find, cos don’t except any hotel building. It is located in an office building. There is a portier downstairs during office hours, but you have to call to the hotel to guide you to the right floor. In the evening the right building can really become difficult since the entrance is closed and it looks like completely different location. Location is still safe, don’t worry.

Very good location close to the harbour, where I needed to catch Alibus for airport. Big room, very comfortable bed!! I have slept in the most discomfortable bed in my rental house in Ischia, so I do highly value a good, ergonomic bed. Room had wonderful view on Piazza Municipio, but was quiet since the windows and doors were better than average. Very secure feeling inside the room, a sturdy room door with very good lock. Very good staff, helpful and easy to reach. Grazie mille!

poor wifi service. Reached out to hostess, but did not receive a response. However, it was New Year's Eve, so we understand why we did not receive a response. It's also possible they did not receive the message. We tried resolving the problem ourselves, but could not find the router.

Location was perfect for visiting the major attractions and also very close to metro and Alibus (airport shuttle). Historic district is a short walk and the view to bay and castle are perfect.

Not a complaint, but this was our first experience with a "hotel" that operates more like an Airbnb. We were expecting a regular hotel with reception, concierge and lobby. So when our taxi dropped us at a non-descript office building entrance we were surprised. A man who was closing up a work area inside the entrance way told us we had to telephone for entrance, which we were not prepared to do. He rang up for us, and soon we were met by Monica, the staff person, and taken to our room, where we were checked in. We exchanged WhatsApp information with Monica, and after that point, whenever we needed assistance or advice, Monica was quick to respond --- better service than in a standard hotel. Lesson we learned: if you are staying in a non-traditional "hotel" such as Covo Degli Angioni, be sure you can call their phone or on WhatsApp in advance of your arrival.

The view of the harbor and Castel Nuovo was terrific, the location great. There are a variety of pastry and pizza places, full restaurants, a grocery store or two, right around the corner and within a block or so. The hot tub and sauna was nice after a long day of travel and another walking around Naples. We really appreciated the informative and helpful staff person "Monica" who provided good advice about restaurants, kindly helped when I incorrectly operated the coffee maker and with luggage storage the day we left, called a cab for us and then called us to make sure the driver had picked us up.
