The hotel is very old, the furniture and textiles inside the roooms needs serious renovation. The breakfast is very week, needs to be improved.

The location is very close to the see, the garden of the hotel is very beautifull, the hotel has free car parking. The staff is very polite and helpful.

• I believe the price doesn’t match what is being offered. • The location is not ideal. • This was the worst and most expensive of the 10 places I stayed at in Tuscany. • The bathroom felt unfinished. • There was a pool outside, but I didn’t go in—I was afraid to, as it didn’t look clean. • The area around the pool and the hotel was poorly maintained.

Not much ... Silly things really, doors stuck probably due to heat. Shower head needed fixing. A little maintenance could really make a difference.

The breakfast was nicely varied. The air conditioning was much appreciated. All the staff, kitchen, reception, chamber ladies, all were really helpful and efficient. The balcony. The Location.

They pride themselves on the breakfast but it was almost all sweet - just a bit of cheese and ham for those without a sweet tooth. There wasn't any hot water for the shower in the morning which was disappointing as it had been boiling the previous evening.

The receptionist, Cinzia, was so friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. Lovely fluffy towels. Very good position close to the sea.

The toilet was outside my room which was a bit inconvenient (not sure if the case for all rooms). I had to wait around for 15 mins to pay in the morning as the person on reception wasn't there.

Really great breakfast, friendly staff, huge balcony with a peak of the sea. Clean room. I didn't use it, but there was a pool. The wifi was fairly decent.

The facilities were fine but need a refreshment. We were a family of 4 and we got a room with beds for 3 persons.

It's definitely not worth the money. It's a old structure. The shower is too small. The management really bad. Breakfast was disappointing, running out of bread and supplies in the middle of Breakfast hours... Very disappointed for the price they charged One third of the price might have accepted.

The condition of room and the staff for check-in.

Even thougn the lady staff for check-in was so unkind. The breackfast was ok and the staff for breakfast was available. The condition of the room is quite bad compare to the price. The Hotel is very near seasides but they are all private access. I would find another hotel nearby with same price or paying little bit more. This place is suitable for young people who don't need care or service.

The bathroom is horrible. Moldy, old, the shower is teeny tiny and hated that it wasn't in the room. I didn't realize it was outside of the room and for the price, it's not worth it. I could've stayed somewhere else. I don't know how anyone taller than me (5"5) would shower, I was hitting my arms when washing my hair. I wouldn't recommend. Perhaps the rooms with bathrooms in them are better but definitely not small room with the external bathroom.

The breakfast was fantastic! Very delicious, good options (both savory and sweet). Staff were pleasant and overall, liked the balcony/turn over service.
