We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were travelling back home from South Italy after our holidays. It was during the weekend, therefore the traffic was terrible. We decided to break the trip half way home and Cosmopolitan hotel was right at the exit of the highway. Most of the guests were tourists like us who had the same idea. Excellent hotel. Nice rooms. Good restaurant.

United KingdomIt was good experience, so can't think anything on top of my head, which i didn't like.
Beds were very comfortable, and had not to spend a lot of time to go to sleep. Breakfast was buffet, but still require some further variety of items needed in buffet. Staff were fluent in English, and rooms were clean beyond any doubt.

United StatesNot the easiest directions to get to the hotel. Although you can see the hotel from far, not easy to make the correct turn into the hotel street. Not walking distance to the beach but definitely worth staying athe hotel
Fantastic experience. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was the best I have had in any Italian hotel. The staff made me feel welcomed and wanted to help any way they could. Appreciate everything about the staff and facilities.

Room was equipped with coffee and tea service, large window that opened, good shower with thick towels, comfortable bed and dog food and water bowls. Everything was sparkling clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including many pastries, cereals, bacon and scrambled eggs.

United StatesThe staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of our group. Lovely facilities, especially the outside seating areas. The rooms were well appointed though a bit plain (it is a business hotel). The restaurant was excellent which is good as there are only a couple others within walking distance. There is a grocery across the street. The rooms have kettles which we appreciated. Exceptionally clean. The staff are truly the best: friendly, courteous, professional, and patient with our large group.

IsraelThe price was different from the price of booking. While booking charged for 140. I was told in the hotel that it is for 2 rooms. Which was incorrect. They saw me with child so they told me that one tripple room is 170.i was tired from trip so i did not have time look for another hotel.
